The staff was very friendly and efficient. The layout is nice and comfortable. It was an enjoyable time.
I love tacos. They are a meal that I could eat almost every day, so I can be picky about them. Especially when it comes to places that are offering “higher class” tacos I feel strongly about them.
While there was nothing at all wrong with the steak taco I ordered, it also was very unremarkable. Nothing about it made me stop and appreciate what I was eating. It was gone in a short period of time and forgotten.
Adding to that what I consider to be a very high cost ($10 lunch special with a single small taco, chips, queso, and a drink) I’m not sure I would return.
I will not ding their overall rating, because they did nothing wrong, but it just was not what I would want to do again.

This place is sooo good. The taco flavors and balance are amazing. I got the chicken tikki masala and the Bangkok shrimp taco.

White Duck Taco in Greenville, SC is a must-visit! The tacos were absolutely excellent — the steak was juicy and flavorful, and the fish taco was perfectly seasoned and fresh. The service was top-notch; every staff member we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The restaurant itself was very clean and well-kept, which made for a comfortable dining experience. It’s also in a great location, right in the heart of downtown, with easy access and a fun atmosphere around. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, this spot is definitely worth a stop. We’ll absolutely be back for more of their creative and delicious taco options. Five stars all the way!

I really wanted to like White Duck Taco Shop, but unfortunately it was just mediocre for me. The creativity in their taco combinations was definitely there, and the fillings themselves were flavorful and interesting. However, it was hard to get past the cold, dry corn tortillas—they were so disappointing that I ended up just eating the insides and leaving most of the tortilla behind. With better tortillas, the tacos could have been great.

went to white duck taco shop expecting great things. I had always heard it was an amazing place to eat and constantly heard about peoples outings to this taco shop. At some point I got tired off being left out and HAD to go try this taco shop. 2/10 never coming here again. The tacos were so nasty. They were horrid. The only one I was able to stomach was a BLT taco and even then it was too hard to eat but I had no choice since it was so insanely overpriced. I do not recommend the food to anyone although customer service was good, and the atmosphere was okay. My only issue here was the outrageously cursed, horrible tacos.

If you are looking for a different and adventurous taco experience, this is the place for you. We had pork belly, shrimp and Général Tso’s chicken tacos. Taco size portion is generous. My only “complaint” is that I wish there were options for grilled shrimp vs fried shrimp.
Enjoyed the triple dipping sauce with the chips and refills were offered.

Wow. These are the best Americanized tacos I’ve had in GVL! Pairing pickled watermelon rind with pork belly is a fantastic idea. That was my fav. The verde salsa was my fav but all in the trio were solid options. Quick service. Will return!

Our first time here. We wanted something casual yet good and not too expensive. The menu looked unique with 4.7 stars. Wow! It was a 5 star + experience. Fast, friendly service. Pork belly taco was to die for!! Quite literally some of the best food we have had and we have traveled extensively. This is a most try!!
