I was very hyped up to go here.
Work ordered pizza from here during the week and it was fantastic
Went to the website site everything looked great. Said everyday happy hour and half off appetizers 2 till 6. Every week day.
So took.my wife here to check it out.
Asked about happy hour she said they don’t have one ? Told them they need to change website. Only reason we went here.
The waitress clueless.she had no idea as to what was going on. Kept looking around for answers.
Didn’t try anything didn’t ordered food. Just told her to check and change the website. small selection of beer. Anyway.
!! Went back and doubled checked the website.
If you posted it then honor it, but they didn’t.
I’m not gonna argue with them.I just left

First I would like to say the first couple of times me and my family ordered here we were intrigued by how good the pizza was and you could tell ingredients were fresh also. It became our go to for pizza . But things changed they started burning the crust of our pizza but not only that the bottom of it. I get it it happens and I would rather eat it then them throwing it out if thats the case. Upon calling to complain the manager lady was every rude and unprofessional, didn’t believe me and asked for me to send her a pic of the pizza and upon receiving it she called me immediately to apologize but wanted me to come back to get another pizza ( don’t live 5 minutes away) didn’t offer at first a credit or refund. After telling her I couldn’t go back she offered me a partial refund which I was okay with, better then nothing but other restaurants will offer a full refund becauae they value their customers. It happened a 2nd time and we let it slide but it happened a 3rd time yesterday and again the manager again extremely rude and sounded more upset then I was. Order an almost $70 order of pizza and on the stuffed pizza the crust all burnt and hard and some of the thin crust pizza but I didnt complain about that one just the stuffed and again wanted a pic and wanted me to come back to get a new one made. Yesterday was a very cold day here and I wasn’t going to back when it was their fault. So I told her I rather get a credit for a future purchase. No apology and all she offered was a lousy $5 as upset as I was I just hung before I argue with someone as rude as her. But doesn’t stop there everytime me or my sister will pick up from there, we were not greeted nicely by that same manager and were told in a rude way how much more we had to wait. What a bad example for the rest of the staff. We have actually seen other customers get greeted by her nicely and told to have wait in a sweet way unlike us. My conclusion on that is that she’s racist and unprofessional. They just gained a bad review and also lost a customer. And by reading other reviews I have noticed they have also experienced something similar with her unprofessionalism and lack of customer service. Such a good pizza overall except for the time we recived them burnt but I will be spending my money elsewhere. ✌

I had a 40th Surprise Birthday Party for my daughter there and it was fabulous! Thanks to Angela, Tony, Carlos and all the staff! They accommodated for 60 people and a 2 piece band. The food and service were top notch! Great place to host a party!

For over a decade, i have enjoyed their food. My previous employer used the white cottage as their go-to restaurant to find employees and work place guests.
There food never disappinted. The pizza is hands down one of the best around chicago.
Do yourself and try the deep dish pizza. You won’t regret it.

Haven’t been here in a while. Waitress mentioned place will be remodeled soon. Very run down and outdated, but we came for the food, and we were not disappointed. They start you out with warm bread and provide the olive and cheese. Our appetizer was scrimp scampi, which was the star. It was a generous portion. My husband had bacon and garlic pizza, which he liked. I got the salmon with spinach. I had a glass of wine. Overall a very nice meal, good service, and reasonable prices. Every table was taken when we left. I’ll be looking forward to the remodeling, it’s nice to have a nice surrounding when having a nice meal.

Just ordered delivery of a small catering order for a party. The women both times who answered the phone were great and friendly. (And patient to my dog and kid yelling in the back) we were out of range but with a bit of an order they made it happen
The delivery driver was just as sweet and courteous.
The food was phenomenal and we got lots of people asking where we got it from!
Gluten free pizza was a hit- and the wings were great too. Highly reccomended to anyone!

Rude customer service!
I was there to pickup an uber eats order as usual and this lady worker not sure who she’s was, starting giving me attitude while I was giving the names of the customer to pickup the orders as most restaurants ask to show them on my phone, And also saying some rude words to her other
co workers while I was listening. Saying “ don’t know where these people come from”. I was very polite from the beginning up until this happened.
Poor customer service and rude workers here!!

12pm lunch rush,I was in before the line. Order pepperoni slice. Came up quick,@ $7. My favorite crust around hands down. Flavor not a factor this is all consistency in dough, taste, and proportion. Quality sauce n cheese in my opinion.
$7 for a slice that didn’t fill the box was a bit irritating and it was not hot…. NO CHEESE PULL!
