Currently there is not a white castle in Lancaster Pennsylvania and corporate office doesn’t respond to suggested locations. We must drive 1 hr to nearest location would love a white castle to open on Lincoln highway east Lancaster Pennsylvania.

I waited 6 minutes for 2 original sliders ordered via kiosk. There were no other customers waiting for orders. The employees were more interested in talking and laughing among themselves than working. Location was 4th and Fremont in Las Vegas.

MLK and University location; extremely freezing cold in their lobby. One or two things, the air conditioning unit is broken, or could this be a tactic to keep customers from utilizing the lobby . When we got ready to sit down and eat dinner, none of our burgers had ketchup and mustard as requested. Make contact with the manager, manager said she would do a replacement on the burgers only. Return the next day, manager said she does not remember the order. $30.00 spent, poor service. My next step, follow up with cooperate for a full refund. I’M DONE WITH THE FOOLERY!
