We had an awesome experience at White Castle! The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what you expect from White Castle — sliders were on point and service was fast.
Huge shoutout to Victoria, Sonia, and JJ for their amazing customer service. They were super friendly, patient, and made our visit even better. You can tell they really care about the customers and keep everything running smoothly.

Strange. Went to pick up a mobile order. The employee were smoking holding the restaurant door open while it felt like the whole store was on break. The machine made the best White Castle meal I’ve had in years.

Having grown up eating these (and still buying them frozen), I was disappointed with this location. Just did not taste the same. First time i ever saw a worker gathering onions off the grill and then using a gloved hand to place some between bun and burger. Service was actually faster then normal WC wait. But not worth making a trip. If in the area, maybe.

It’s been years since we last visited White Castle—and honestly, the burgers still taste exactly how we remember them from back in the day. Biting into one brought back all the childhood memories. The soft buns, the grilled onions, that signature steam… it’s still that same iconic flavor.
We were excited to revisit, and White Castle did not disappoint. The food was fresh, fast, and delicious—just like always.
The only thing that threw us off a bit was the new artificial ordering system. It’s not quite our style and definitely takes a little getting used to. But as long as those sliders stay fire, we’ll keep coming back.

First experience at White Castle was as good as it gets! Delicious burgers (kinda like sliders), plenty of options like fish and chicken sandwiches… but you’ll definitely need more than 1, or 2 or maybe even 3! So small and easy to eat, but packed with plenty of flavor.
The restaurant is clean and the service is helpful!
A couple pro tips:
1) if the to go line is long go inside and order. It’s probably gonna be faster.
2) remember to get your sauces! There are so many to choose from. I don’t find out until it was over and I’d already eaten everything but fries. The burgers, chicken and fish sandwiches would have been even better with these special sauces.

OMG top of the line on customer service! Ms. V , Lourdes (sorry I could be spelling wrong but she’s the manager) , & a young man whose name I forgot but also very generous! This is an amazing team!! I was properly taken care of by this team, they listened to my issue about the app & the previous restaurant & they went beyond measures to fix the situation and make me feel valued as a customer! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU for being so great at what you do and just empathizing in general, showing that you’re human, the website/app can be faulty at times but rest assured you will hear & help the customer. I appreciate you guys so much!
