During my visit to Las Vegas, I made sure to stop by the renowned White Castle, and I must say, their cheeseburger sliders were absolutely delightful. The buns were incredibly soft, and the meat tasted exceptionally fresh. I will certainly be making a point to visit White Castle every time I am in the area.

Do NOT go through the drive through here. It is absolutely insane that a restaurant is being permitted to run like this.
Was here on Saturday Dec 27th at 10:25pm in order to get two Cheese Sliders. That’s it; I am a visitor not from the USA, and I have never tried White Castle, but I recalled the restaurant from the Harold and Kumar movie, and I decided I wanted to give it a try.
What a horrible decision.
First, it took 7 minutes for the car ahead to get their order taken. We waited and waited and nothing happened for what seemed like forever, and so we eventually pulled up a bit and eventually we heard some talking and the order being placed. And so against our better judgement we thought the worst was behind us and pulled up to place our order.
We waited a full minute before anyone acknowledged us. Then a woman came onto the loudspeaker and said that ‘they were busy’ and that we needed to ‘wait a minute’.
We then sat and waited. At about the 10-minute mark we still didn’t have our order taken. So now we just decided to pull ahead and try to leave. Unfortunately since there was now a line behind us, we couldn’t reverse out. And so we pulled ahead, WITHOUT ordering, because we now just wanted to leave.
So now we were stuck in the lineup, behind the person who had to wait 7 mins to give their order, we wasted another 10 minutes NOT being able to give our order, and now we had to wait another 12 minutes before the person ahead received their food.
So all in all, we didn’t even receive food, and had about 30+ minutes of our lives completely wasted.
This is the single worst experience I’ve ever had at any sort of business in my life. I can’t even imagine how a place like this is still in business.
White Castle should investigate the franchise owner. I have no idea what happened such that it took us 30 minutes to get NO food, but this location should not be open. If the issue is the employees, then the manager needs to be fired for hiring incompetent workers. And if the issue is that so many workers called in sick, that this location was understaffed, then the manager needs to be investigated as to why a decision was made not to shut down either the front counter or the drivethru. Because it is not acceptable to leave both open, and then waste the time of customers.
White Castle needs to investigate this location and find out what has gone wrong. This location should be shut down immediately.

Never in my life have I went through a drive-through that made me miserable and frustrated until I went to this white castle.
I started to queue up in the drive-through at 9:30 PM . I must’ve been the fifth car in the queue. I didn’t receive my food until 10:52 PM.
If you would like to make yourself miserable and disappointed, you can come here. But if you value your time at all and you want to be happy do not and I repeat do not come and try to buy food here.

Waited almost an hour for an order of two 30 sliders! I understand that they may be understaff, but they have a slef serve kiosk where people cam order on their own. They prioritized people who ordered after me with fewer sliders. Theu could have finished ours first since we put our orders first. On top of that, the two staff gave attitude when we followed up on our orders after 35mins! We stopped by Sunday, Feb 1 at 12pm

Terrible service. We put in an online order that was supposed to be ready at a certain time and our order wasn’t done when we got there even though we were on time. Then, when they realized we were here, they threw a bunch of random stuff in a bag and gave it to us. Our order was missing so much stuff. We were missing our chicken sandwich and our 2 chicken ring sliders. They also gave us stuff we didn’t ask for? Like a double patty slider that we didn’t want? We couldn’t even check our order because they threw all of it in a sealed plastic DoorDash bag… we’re not DoorDashers! So unprofessional and the vibe was not it. 2 stars because the food is actually pretty good if it’s fresh but it absolutely cannot sit out. This food has the shelf life of milk. Tasted so nasty as leftovers. Also, they were out of onion chips

We stopped by this White Castle to grab a bite before heading to Red Rock Canyon. It’s been 10 yrs or so since I’ve had WC so I was really craving it. This location off the strip is definitely easier to get to when driving a car and there’s plenty of parking. The restaurant was clean and right next to a 7-11 with a Vegas style sign. Ordered just a couple burgers and a fry. It was all good just like I remember. No complaints, would stop here again.

Well, I’ve heard about & have always wanted to try White Castle. What a disappointment in a burger/slider. STEAMED!?!?!? That should have my 1st clue that they were gonna be nasty. The skinny slice of meat that was in it was more like a cross between spam, salisbury steak corned beef hash. There was no resemblance to a burger whatsoever. The fries were great though. 1st & last time ever having a White Castle Slider. Onto try Whataburger next, hopefully the hype is better at that place.
