This white castle is located in a Terribles gas station in Nevada. Outside of Las Vegas on the way to California. The food was very fresh and exactly what I ordered. I will definitely stop again next time im back. When I visited they had cool off road vehicles to look at right next to the white castle seating area.

This place is disgusting! Counters were filthy both customer side and prep side. Place was almost empty mind you. Went inside to order, fully assembled sliders were sitting on the grill top so long the onions were dried to the surface and the buns were crumbling and falling apart as they were taken up.
The cheese was not kept cool and was out sitting.
I asked the employee how long the sliders had been sitting there, he told me it didn’t concern me. I asked the manager for a refund and all he wanted to do was belittle me assuming I was an addict, then asked if I wanted fresh made sliders. I said no of course. But it really sucks driving 6 hours out of the way for my favorite burger place to be met with this entire experience.

Love white castle but this just doesn’t hit the spot. They limit you to two sauces per order. We ordered a lot of food and could only get 2 sauces or they charge. Some employees are friendly but definitely not all.

The last few times ive commuted to Vegas for work ive been so happy and eager to stop by, yesterday I drove out and saw they closed at 7, I arrived at 5:50 ended up doing a few stops to lighten the drive, when I got there I was refused service although there were people eating, they stated they were closed but the hours show 7pm!!! This is the second time this happens to me, the last time It was 6:15pm, needless to say im not gonna waste my time stopping by anymore, the service has been too bad. I usually always buy a huge order too so I can take it back with me and enjoy for a day or 2 with the family.

Sliders were old, cold and dry as cardboard.
Also watch out for the cashier they have the tip screen default set at 15% and as soon as it pops up and before you can blink the cashier hits a button within a second he finalized the transaction basically stealing a extra 15% from you.
Never will see my face in there again.

Just left there and when my sweet husband asked for sauce keep in mind we had 20 plus burgers he questioned why we needed so many and being all kinds of nasty about it that’s when I stepped in bc it’s not your business why we needed so many asked for 4 of each… I told him we had no problem paying for them then told me that he was just having a conversation which is so not what was happening, and I told him no your being nasty then he walked off and told the kid helping us charge them then! I said no problem I will gladly pay for them!! Ughhh nasty man and Im pretty sure he was management bc he seemed to be on his high horse lol!!

Stopped here on our way out of las vegas the food was hot and fresh the service was fast and excellent. Will for sure stop here again. Highly recommend the onion curls so good. And get that slice of cheese on them little burgers so good.

Very reminiscent of my childhood in NYC. My only beef with them ( no pun intended) was the service. It’s all on the iPad they have. There’s hardly any interaction between the customer and the service people. Don’t get me wrong, I’ll be back. I just have to adjust to the new way of the world.

Worst White Castle Experience EVER
I’ve never had such an unprofessional experience at a White Castle. My husband ordered 10 sliders with cheese, and the female employee helping us punched everything in so fast that even when I tried to order my fish sandwich, she literally took over the screen and rushed through that too.
We get the order… NO CHEESE on any of the sliders.
Simple mistake, right? They said they would remake it—until the manager jumped in.
This man comes out yelling at my husband, saying he’s “NOT putting cheese on the burgers.” The SAME employee who took the order tried to speak up and said it did come with cheese… but the manager shut her down and yelled about “not blaming his employees.” Then told us we were “just assed out.”
Who talks to customers like that??

Rude staff, rude manager, wrong order, zero accountability. Absolutely unacceptable. I will never come back.
