One thing that keeps me coming back is the consistency – the good food is always good (as it should be). Whenever I go to Wentzville I treat my crave after my business is done. If I don’t have enuf extra change for a meal that day, then I will just get my #1 favorite taste: CHEESE FRIES!

I came all the way from Iowa to get White Castle. This was by far the best experience I’ve had in a long time. .. The whole staff was amazing Especially Zion Arther and Ziya We’re all over the top amazing . I love to see a crew that come together and just want to satisfy their customers and that’s all they did. Everything was fresh May right in front of me. We all laughed together They had me smiling overall it was 100% a great experience. I love this location and I will definitely be back. 10 out of 10 recommend !!

I asked for a bacon slider with cheddar. It had cheddar but was a bacon egg breakfast sandwich. I bit into it and it had something green in it!!! I think the egg has mold? Or the cheese?

Food was good, slow to receive and the dining room was kinda dirty. Lots of vacant tables needed to be wiped down. I think most fast food places put their focus on drive through traffic rather than dine in.

Stopped in here around 9pm, on 8/22/24. We had left Alabama earlier in the day, and wanted a quick bite to eat before our next stop in Hannibal. Everything was made fresh, and you can see by the evidence that we ate everything. No complaints. Everyone was very friendly. We’ll definitely be stopping in again on our way back to Alabama.

First I must say that we absolutely love the White Castle brand, everything about it! The history is amazing and I like that the restaurant interior reflects its history. We don’t have a White Castle locally so we don’t get it as much as we would like. (That’s one reason I bought a briefcase box to bring home haha) ((they are still excellent quick frozen and zapped)) We stopped by this locally on a Saturday during lunch rush needless to say, the restaurant was very busy and they only had three people working. I gave it an excellent review because the young man that was on grill and apparently in charge did an great job with the understaffed situation he found himself in. The young lady that was working Frontline jumped between counter, DT and helping on grill and overall they did a fantastic job serving a bunch of folks, even while running atleast 2 people short! I know, because I ran restaurants for 20+ yrs. All 3 of these folks at the Wentzville location should get a raise for going above and beyond.

Employees were extremely rude and acted like they didn’t care about the quality of food they were serving. The oil they use to fry is old and nasty which made the food super oily and black. I ordered a breakfast slider without egg due to an allergy and the egg was still put on it along with random lettuce for some reason. I took my food back and the manager could care less. She just saw me bring my bag back inside and said “let me see your receipt and I’ll refund you” without even knowing the problem beforehand. The entire kitchen had trash and was disgusting. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to eat here.
