I had picked my daughter up from the airport. She had been in Florida for 2 weeks. It was early afternoon on a Saturday, and she was hungry; she wanted White Castle. There is one on our way home, so we went through the drive-thru. There was only one car ahead of us. The line went quickly. The person that took our order was very friendly and personable. We enjoyed speaking with him. He had our order ready quickly and everything was correct. He wished us happy holidays when our transaction was completed. (I’m not sure of his name but my receipt says that he was employee # 1744) The food was hot. The cup for the drink did NOT have spills all over the outside of it, like some fast food restaurants do. My daughter got a cheeseburger combo meal with french fries and a drink. Thank you for being so quick and accurate and preparing a hot meal for my daughter before we got home. Merry Christmas!

Dead big in bottom of hamburger box. Disgusting. Food was also cold. Had to heat up onion rings in air fryer. But definitely didn’t eat after finding bug.

The employees here were fantastic. They handled a big early-morning rush with impressive patience and professionalism, something I haven’t seen at other locations. The burger was perfect—made just right, not too many onions, and the cheese was spot on. Highly recommend this store.

I was disappointed with the pre-made white castle burgers I received. These burgers have always been cooked per order . I was in town for my granddaughter Graduation I stopped here for a old school taste and this location dropped the ball. This White Castles isn’t like the Real White Castles. New training needed.

First timer – burgers were delicious. Fries were also good.
Mac n Cheese Nibblers were okay, didn’t get much of the Mac but a lot of cheese.
Chicken Rings were pretty good.

Terrible. We didn’t receive a receipt and can’t return just wanted something quick. Customer service was terrible, dude at the window was extremely rude. Our burgers started off good and almost made us forget his little attitude, until down to the last 7 burgers…. there was a nice black long curly piece of hair stuck in the cheese in the container. Train your employees better, we were visiting and craving White castles and this just made us not want to visit the location ever again. I normally don’t complain, being that I work in restaurant and things happen but this was completely UNACCEPTABLE. If dude at the window was more professional, then maybe we would’ve been less disgusted or something. Unless you want a hairy burger don’t go to this location.

Drive through needs an attitude fix. My wife wished them to have a great rest of their night and all we got was a mean mug, not a single word. Go get a different job if you can’t speak properly to other humans.

I’ve always loved White Castle, but this location really needs some serious improvements. The new drive-thru ordering machine is honestly horrible. It wasn’t working properly, and I ended up having to get out of my car and go inside just to order.
Inside, the night crew made the experience even worse. They were standing around talking while customers were waiting both in the drive-thru and inside. On top of that, the workers cooking didn’t even have their hair properly covered, which is a basic hygiene rule.
I really enjoy White Castle, but this location needs to shake things up and get the service and cleanliness back on track.

Came inside for my order. I watched it get prepared. Manager with pony tail said he needed to count drawers. I waited 15 minutes, watched someone make my food. I ask the manager is this mine he says it’s not ready yet, wait 5 more minutes he looks in the bag and said oh and hands it to me. I watched my food sit on the counter done for 15 minutes and he said sorry I had other things to do.

Extra long wait in the drive thru. Having recently been there twice, I get the impression that this is standard practice. 5-10 minutes for each vehicle to move. You have been warned ⚠️ At least the food was good. But not really worth the wait.
