This place changed my life. I was hungry because I went to the bathroom this morning and my stomach was totally empty so I needed to eat something. I stopped by here and ordered the number one combo. It was totally life-changing. Never in my life had I had a delicacy that was so delectable as the hamburgers here. The staff member that handed me my food was very friendly and had a pretty smile. Next time I’m in St. Louis I will definitely eat at this fine establishment.

It’s very kind with her suggestions of what food to get unfortunately, the rest of the staff are like zombies… There’s no music on in the reasteraunt No pep in their stop…none of them look like they really enjoy their life/job. They aren’t very good with eye contacts. The food was poor quality. The fried stuff was over cooked and not cooked to order. I saw her dip an already prepped food into the fryer as opposed to pouring it fresh from a frozen bag. The burgers that you can get at Walmart with the same brand name That you heat up in the microwave. taste WAYYYYY better than thIS. Restroom disgusting dining room aiight

Cara(I hope I spelled it right) was the order taker and cashier. Excellent demeanor. Wasn’t interruptive and made sure my order was correct not only at the speaker but after she presented it to me at the window. I hope that you all present her the opportunity to move forward because she’s what customers like to experience when they come to your restaurant.

Cold sliders and they didn’t put pickles on any of the burgers. I mean there is one damn topping and they didn’t put them on. Very disappointing as I don’t get to treat myself to fast food often and then to get such a subpar product was a real bummer. Not very friendly either, which I guess is just a fact of life at fast food restaurants these days.

One of the worst White Castle experiences in St. Louis!
From about three (3) weeks ago– my concerns were, as listed:
1) All American cheese sliders were old/not fresh and had hard/crunchy sides of the bread. See photos.
2) All sliders had unmelted cheese slices. See photos.
3) French fries were old/not fresh, not hot, barely warm, and most of it was hard– not the typical fresh, soft, hot ones.
4) All jalapeño cheese sliders did not have extra pickles as ordered and as noted on order ticket– but each had one pickle.
5) The dining area was dirty/not cleaned.
6) One worker had no hair net over hair.
7) The wait for order was too long/lengthy.
White Castle normally do not add extra pickle when I ask; they fail every time. That is a little concern compared to getting old food.
I sent an email to the company’s executive team and also via the company’s website requesting resolve and compensation. “General Manager” responded once, but nothing happened after that even after I sent a reminder from my initial email letter. No further correspondence received. No compensation received. No resolve– as I can tell from other posted reviews.
Never returning to this specific location!

Because 0 stars don’t exist, I’m giving this a one. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food establishment. The floor was sticky and the employees were even worse.
One of the employees was on his phone on his shift in the dining room instead of doing his job. He was yelled at by another employee to get back to work.
I waited a full 21 minutes before I finally lost it. Getting food from a restaurant has been quicker than this horrible and disgusting experience.
There was food all over the floor and it was absolutely disgusting. I shouldn’t have even ordered anything in the first place. A drive to a better White Castle would’ve sufficed.
An employee was eating while he was cooking so having those plastic gloves on was a joke since he was using them to eat the food.
This fast food establishment is less of a joke than these incompetent workers. I hope they are fired and never work in a fast food establishment ever again or I will be writing more.

Used to be one of the best white castle we’ve been too. Our last experience was terrible. We waited in line for 30mins for soggy burgers. Felt like a waste of money in a time that groceries are inflating on top of trying to get kids to eat soggy greasy burgers as well. Management needs to take a look at this location. Very unacceptable, won’t be spending my money here anymore and won’t refer people to this location as well.

Everything from soggy buns to stale, hard buns. I believe I may have got some burgers that were sitting and some that were rushed. My box was also covered with oil and some crusty stuff. I rarely get White Castles but I had a craving but not for what I got.
