I truly wish I could give negative stars. My husband and I were traveling, and it was 12:30 am, and we sat in the drive through for over an hour with like 5 cars in front of us. We did not leave until 1:30 am. And we did not even get the right order. I asked the lady at the window to comp our order as that was a ridiculous time to wait and not even get the right thing. She immediately started getting mad at me and saying she was short staffed and I didn’t need to get an attitude with her. She then allowed the rest of her employees to come to the window and laugh at us. Several cars behind us just left due to waiting, but we had already invested so much time and nothing else was opened. I’ve worked fast food and I’ve worked places short staffed. The way that lady (the manager I guess?) talked to me was unacceptable. This was our first time at White Castle and we will NOT be back. Do better.

The frozen burgers DOES NOT DO THIS PLACE JUSTICE !!!! Coming here and having them made fresh would be your best bet because the bread is so soft and fresh! It’s so delicious directly from the restaurant!!!!! 10/10 I would come again !! I got the cheese sliders and it was soooooo good.

Terrible service. Had an employee state negative commentary when I asked a question about the menu. My bad, I don’t eat white castle too often. Then he spilled my beverage on me. Because he claimed the lid was lose and all of the lids were lose. Really, I ordered two beverages and only had an issue with one.
He also just stared at me when I asked for napkins, like c’mon. You see it spilled on my dress, why stare at me.

White Castle doesn’t exist where I am from, so I was super excited to try it for the first time.
Loved the experience. The food was exactly what I expected. Not the best thing I’ve ever had, but different, and certainly something you’d want to eat late night.
But the server that helped us was SO fun and cute that it made it even better. She was upset that we didn’t order the new shake flavor, but then told us that she didn’t know why anyone would think to make it a flavor to begin with. Had us laughing a lot.

Most of the time the food is good but the last couple of times it has been prepared sloppy. My last order the burgers had old pieces of burger stuck the bottom like they didn’t clean the grill. Now today I received fish nibblers that were fresh on the top of box and the ones underneath were burnt debris of old nibblers, chicken rings and who knows what! I think I just need to move on to another location because it looks like they aren’t cleaning the grill and fry baskets

They did not miss!!!!! The food was flavored and seasoned and hot and fresh baby if I didn’t live in Tennessee I would be back asap and the fact they all had om hair nets made was a major plus cause why do people in the food industry not feel like they should wear them?
