If you are fortunate to live in one of the 13 states with White Castle, consider yourself lucky. I will admit I have had issues at the WC by my house, but this location did it right. The people were nice and responsive. The facility was clean and the floors were NOT all sticky. The food came out quickly and was all done correctly. Hot and good. My only complaint would be that White Castle fries only come in one size. So why different sizes? Go back to a single size as the BB’s told you.

At best you will get zero eye contact, almost no talking but your total, no thank you, no welcome, nothing, and they will completely ignore you if you say thank you or bye or hi or whatever. The message is clear: they do not like the customers. The job is beneath them. Ok we get it. Message received.
At worst they will be flat out rude. Especially one mask wearing cashier front counter female employee who is blatantly rude and will become irate for no reason and then carry out all transactions with a seriously rotten attitude and behavior to show how angry she is at all the customers. Any time it is even slightly busy she becomes mean and rude to customers. Even for simple orders, like my usual is two sliders and a coke and she can’t handle it.
The message here is even more clear: stop eating here. You are not welcome. I’ve been coming to this location for some time now and eating there on my lunch break. Never again.
Do better on hiring and management White Castle. Your profits depend on this.

I work in the area but never got a chance to go to this establishment due to traffic! I went this morning after getting gas from Sam’s. A beautiful lady took my order, she was very pleasant! I pulled up and she was even better. She said to call her Ms. T!
Ms. T’s customer service ALONE would have me coming back! You can feel the warmth, her aura was impactful. What a beautiful soul and beautiful woman. Our interaction was caught on my dash cam and had to share!!!

I haven’t dined in a White Castle for years and was pleasantly surprised at how nice and clean this location was. It far exceeded my expectations.
The burgers are a guilty pleasure. I hate crinkle cut fries so I always just get more sliders instead. I had a free combo meal for signing up for their loyalty program so I customized it with chicken rings as the side instead of fries and a shake instead of a drink.
I always refer to the shakes as “ice cream in a cup.” They are ridiculously thick and large. The small size is massive.

I don’t know who to believe… I asked for a strawberry lemonade smoothie. They don’t tell me they do not have it .Instead, they just give me a strawberry lemonade drink from the Coke freestyle machine. I tell them I asked for a strawberry lemonade smoothie. That’s when they tell me the item is seasonal and the season has ended. I called the Fenton location because I don’t trust their excuse. They told me everybody should still be selling it and that it will become seasonal but that has not happened yet. So I guess for the time being, if you’re around Ballwin and you want a strawberry lemonade smoothie, go to the Fenton location (44 and bowles, better service there anyways).

Incredible filthy. Order counter dirty with food and floor disgusting. Food and paper everywhere. Not a single clean table. Some were absolutely filthy. Order taker kept gloves on for register then went directly to touching food. Had to ask him to change gloves. No napkins no ketchup. Ice not working. Food came out wrong(seriously why do they make $17/hour here??) and we were so disgusted we dumped it all into the trash. Did not eat. I was afraid we would be sick. I cannot believe how nasty it was. Who runs this place????? 3pm on monday sept 22.

I came through here to pick up a DoorDash order. I wasn’t even a customer of this establishment and I was being treated like I was a problem for picking up a DoorDash order that they were just refusing to release because they needed payment before they Started the order I was met with extreme attitude from the manager and the staff. I had accidentally called the store and the manager was like demonizing me, and talking bad about me to me even though I had Told her three times that it was me on the phone and not a DoorDash rep. I then got a second DoorDash order, and they caught attitude with me and made me wait while they were standing around joking inside they yelled at the DoorDash rep that called the store and said that the order has been paid for and they just constantly kept giving me attitude because they were busy at 10 o’clock at night. Absolute worst customer service, and I hope this escalates further up the chain.

Always love White Castle. Special favorite sliders that have had a unique taste for its fans since the 1920’s. Tried the cheeseburger slider, chicken slider and chicken and waffle slider. All were good, but the cheeseburger and classic sliders always steal the show. Be prepared for grilled onions if you have never had their classic hamburger sliders before.
