The food was on point, unfortunately they forgot the biggest part of the order, and it was delivered. They made us come get the missing items. Atmosphere was very bland compared to the traditional elaborate medieval flair of the other locations in the city.

Went here one morning got some food started eating it and it taste like perfume! I threw up I never experience this at this location but haven’t been there in a while! There were 2 ladies looking laughing and talking! I thought I would of received my order fresh and it just had so much perfume taste on it in it whatever! I’ll never go back because I felt something fishy was going to happen to my food! I was so sick after I took that bite my daughter smelled it also and said it smelled like perfume! Be careful out here people!

The cashier gave bad customer service sat there for over 10 mins refusing to take my order because I had my window cracked instead of all the way down. Not only is that petty but she held up several customers because of that. Poor management, this isn’t the first time they’ve had poor service. Making sure your personnel are competent and performing the standard for service is a basic part of leadership. The store is a reflection of management.

Stopped in at 1:13 a.m. Applied my app offer for the BoGo chicken sandwich , along with a small order of fries. Had to repeat my order at the window to be able to verify my account information. Apparently they automatically round up the change you are supposed to receive with our asking permission ahead of time. Then having to remind the window attendant about the condiments I requested while I sat in my vehicle. Of course after waiting in line for my order THE FRIES I received were ALMOST warm.

Terrible, drive threw was blocked off with cones when I finally talked to the employee they yelled at me saying they weren’t serving me even though it’s a 24 hour restaurant they gave me nothing but a ignorant attitude very disappointed. You shouldn’t talk to customers like that if it were me at my job I’d be fired immediately.
