I come there and get the same order almost every other day which is the number 4, plain with cheese only, and a 6pc chicken ring. I come home and I open my bag, and there’s 4 cheese burgers in my bag plus my chicken rings and fries. Very much so disappointing, especially since I was the only person in line at this the time that I got there. My only problem is, is that I don’t eat the burgers there, only the crispy chicken sandwich. Given the fact that the QUALITY CHECK wasn’t even a thing, it’s crazy to me because that’s an important step before giving the customer the food, PERIOD. I visited the Drive-Thru. Although I don’t dine at White Castle, the children were satisfied with their meal. Since we didn’t enter the establishment, I am unable to comment on the atmosphere. However, I did observe the customer service. It’s apparent that some businesses in our community may benefit from additional training on effective communication. Investing in this area could lead to improvement. If we ourselves improve.

I Told Dude In The Drive Thru To Put My Onions And Pickles On The Side Cus They Never Put It On The Burgers, He Said He Was Gone Make Sure And They Still Was Plain! As someone who oversees multiple McDonald’s locations, I pay close attention to how a team engages guests — greeting, tone, and acknowledgment are non-negotiables in our world. At this particular White Castle in St. Louis, the customer experience was the exact opposite of what any manager would consider acceptable.
When I walked in, no one acknowledged me. No “hello,” no “I’ll be right with you” — nothing. The employees moved around behind the counter, visibly aware I was standing there, but didn’t make eye contact or say a word. I stood there for roughly five minutes in complete disbelief.
In our business, five minutes of silence from staff feels like an eternity — especially to a paying customer. Eventually, I just walked out. Not out of impatience, but out of disappointment. That level of indifference to a guest’s presence tells me everything I need to know about the culture at that location.
As a District Manager, I understand things get busy, short-staffed, or stressful. But acknowledgment costs nothing — and defines everything about the customer experience. Unfortunately, that moment was enough for me to decide: I won’t be returning to this White Castle again.

I came in on 2/14/26 @2am. && the server (short younger light skinned with braids ) was very unprofessional & on top of that literally gave my food away to someone else didn’t apologize or anything and got smart with me customer service is so terrible now days and prices are so high it’s a shame really.

Took forever to get 4 double cheese burgers. Outside looks terrible. Greasy and dirty. When I finally got my food it was great!

I don’t really like this I one. The burgers are often bland, they are almost always super crowded with long lines at the drive thru. However location has everywhere else beat.
My recent visit wasn’t this one but theirs had flavor and they charged me for double sliders and gave me singles it was super late I just got off work and was tired. I was actually pretty mad i live too far to go back and get it fixed
