Went to go by and get dinner since it had been a long day ordered one fish sandwich with cheese no tartar sauce, ordered five double cheeseburgers one with no middle bun. We get home cuz I didn’t feel like I needed to check the bag stupid me, one fish two cheese fries and one cheese slider. I call and I speak to Noah he was the manager on duty. I tell him what has happened and he just said oh man I’m sorry about that if you want to come back I’ll give it to you. Mind you it’s a 20 minute drive for me no I don’t want to drive back down to you to get my order right. They have one job one job read the order make the order put the order correctly in the bag and hand it out the window. And they want to get paid $15 an hour when they can’t even get an order right. And whatever happened to sanitation there was an African-American male cooking no hair net. So I’m looking for hair in my food. Just one job if you can’t get a job at a fast food place and do your job correctly how do you ever expect to get a career job. Cuz you’re going to have to do that right. Richardson Rd. Arnold Mo.

This is probably the first time I had Castles in a year, and they actually upgraded their food. The chicken sandwich had a crunchier and better tasting breading. It was delicious, I was impressed – I forgot how good they really are.

we asked the man who was working the window if he had put ketchup in the bag like we asked, and he said “i don’t know did you look” then we looked okay.. no big deal, wasn’t any and we told him no, he then GRABBED a huge handful of ketchup and threw them at us!!! and said “have a good day”

We did a late night drive thru order. The cashier made sure that the cheesy 10 sack had NO onions/pickles & we were impressed because the other cheese/burgers we ordered had extra pickle w/ onions…nailed both! Everything was really fresh too so we will be back.

When you order extra pickles, put double on their app option and even put it on the order note, they never give you extra pickles, only put one pickle on the slider, has happened multiple times. Very annoying.

The vegan Impossible Burger is much better than last years. Kids had a chicken ring sandwich that was very tasty. The place is not clean so def rated down because it’s gross to eat on a sticky table.

Drove through the service was great but the food must have been sitting out for a while. It was not fresh. Sliders. Around 6:15pm so must have been leftover from rush hour. Stale. Drive through.
