Welcome to the porcelain palace! Except the porcelain is missing. We really appreciated having Coke freestyle and the good service from the counter, which sometimes is lacking at a white castle. The cashier was completely accurate with the order and went out of their way to make sure we had all the condiments we wanted. Everything was fresh and well cooked. Again, the food is fast food so you can’t compare to a Michelin star restaurant. But this was among the tastier white castles we’ve visited. Oh, and we’re typing this from a location with a very fast Internet connection on top of it all!

I usually always come through here on my way to Chicago and to be honest I usually don’t eat with the anticipation of knowing we will stop here at White Castle. Service is always good or great as well as fast and efficient.
In the South there are no White Castles so growing up we don’t have a reference however I’m sure where corporate White Castle is very familiar with Krystal as a QSFE.

Horrible. This place needs to be shut down! Any 5 star reviews on this place have to be fake. The entire place is FILTHY. There was a vomit looking smoothie spilled on the counter and a soft drink spilled on the floor. There was food all over the counter in the back. The garbage in the back was overflowing and on the floor. All the tables were dirty. No one made ANY effort to clean anything. I did not eat the food here after seeing the unsanitary conditions.

My family and decided to dine in today instead of the drive thru and the kindness was incredible and the food was prepared quickly and very well. The staff was even waving and smiling at my 2 year old son while we were eating. It was a very pleasant experience for our lunch.

I was in there over the weekend on Saturday and it was one of the worst experiences I have had in a long time. We were inside to eat. The place was completely trashed. There was trash on the ground everywhere and not a single clean table. There was only one other table eating at the time. I asked about getting a clean table and got looked at like I was crazy. So I asked for the cleaner to do it myself. Which I did. About 25 min go by and we still have no received our order. I go up and ask if there is something going on. I was told didnt know what was going on with my order. So I just simply asked for a refund and the manager at the time came over. My order was 34$. She was very upset that I asked for a refund. She told me that it got swiped away and that it was no big deal. And then told me I could not have a refund until Monday. I told her I dont understand how i am not able to get a refund and then she proceeds to tell me to stop talking which at this point i am very upset and asked for corporate number and her name. She refused to give either one. And told the rest of the team not to give her name. And then walked away on her cell stating that she isn’t going to deal with this. I proceeded to asked for a name but was still was not able to get one or the corporate number out of a single employee. Then one of them comes up and hands me to the cash out of the register. The manager never came back she stayed in the back. I understand mistakes that’s not the problem with this situation. Its the way it was handle. As if I did something wrong by asking about our food. They wouldn’t have even known a whole order was missing until I brought it to their attention. It would have been different if it was like oh im so sorry we will get on that right now for you…but thats so far from the response I got. The woman that was in charge has zero capacity of knowing how to be a manager. And honestly should even be fired for the way she spoke to me.

Just came from there. The wait time was unbelievable. I asked for a refund because there were other people ahead of me and I couldn’t wait any longer. Guy at the register didn’t know how to do a refund so talked to a cook to hurry my order. The burgers had a ton of salt on them. The sliders tasted horrible.not sure what happened but terrible. I ended up throwing the sliders out. But regardless, a lot of people were complaining waiting for their food and although they had a lot of workers, they didn’t all seem properly trained or know what to do. It’s too bad I like White Castle. Your management needs to do better. Ps Looks dirty in there too behind counter and cook area. I won’t be back.

4.6.24 @2pm – Ordered via drive-thru: 3 small fries, 5 bacon cheeseburgers, 1 waffle chicken slider, “1921” cheese burger. $25.15 total and the food was just ok. White Castle is not as good as it used to be plus the price is ridiculous. I wish the quality was there, but no. I don’t recommend this restaurant anymore. Customer service was not that great either.

To begin with, I had to wait in the drive through for 30 MINUTES for my food… maybe longer! I grabbed some fries out of my bag and one was FROZEN on top! Then I checked my food and my order was wrong after the girl repeated it back to me TWICE at the window! I left anyway because I wasn’t DARE going back through that drive through again… I got home and tried my 1921 slider and when I bit into the texture felt weird in my mouth… they gave me RAW MEAT!!!!! I’m EXTREMELY infuriated and I thank GOD that it wasn’t my 2 year old daughter’s food !!!! PLEASE close this place down. Clearly They don’t care about their customers! & I only gave one star so I could write an honest review about this DISGUSTING place so other ppl know not to eat their food. DO NOT EAT HERE!
