We do not have White Castle in Atlanta, GA. Soon after I arrived in Chicago, at Midway Airport, I arranged a ride there. It was very close. I met many interesting people. One customer made a White Castle Box Decoration. I took a picture of it. Food was delicious. Customer Service was Phenomenal!!

If I could give a zero i would. I’m my experience late night is the worst! Waited 20 minutes for 2 double cheeseburgers only for one guy to say they’re waiting on fresh burgers. While waiting they are playing in the dining area. When I finally got my food it was cold!! Never again. I understand why this location have such poor reviews. Just plain awful. From the service to the food! We waited in the drive through for about 15 minutes until we decided to just go inside. There was no one in line which should have been my cue to leave. I always visit White Castle when I’m in town, but this location needs to be shut down!!!!! The food was hot and delicious, but the customer service and the time you have to wait is a 0 ! The cashier was rude, took my money, gave me my drink and walked away to her cellphone and a drink, conversation with other co workers, took windows orders, start bagging up some frozen food in Lil baggies ? THEN FINALLY my food arrives, almost 20 minutes later ! I waited so long she gave me another drink ! Not knowing she had already given me my drink ! I asked for some salt, she gave me a nasty attitude I won’t be returning to this one !
