The sandwiches were barely warm cheese, not melted. I have to say this was absolutely the worst 17 dollars I ever spent. I am extremely disappointed, now I remember why I stopped going there. Out of 10 sandwiches, all of them were barely warm. So disappointed.

I WAS STARVING but thanks to the amazing customer service from Davari I had the best experience so far over all the years I have been coming to this White Castle. Please someone show love when the workers actually show they care and get your day better by giving us EXACTLY what we ordered and hoped for. We go to this White Castle frequently. We love to order their cheese sticks with some marinara sauce! They have friendly customer service and are always professional. The food is always hot and the order is always correct. You dont have to check your bag to ensure your order is correct like at McDonald’s lol. The only negative is that they are slow, especially when its crowded. But overall the experience we have here is always positive.

I don’t mind long wait times in the drive-through but I tried to call and just to make sure that the drive-through is working since there was one person in front and one person in back of me and they answered the phone and then they hung up the phone, so I’m not really sure what’s going on. Someone did walk out of the building and then walked back in after checking some thing. I’m not sure what may be a garbage can. Just a little more communication would’ve been appreciated. I would’ve been happy to go into the lobby if need be, even though it’s 3 AM. I’m sure the workers were short staffed, so nothing on them but maybe management needs to schedule some more people during this time of night.

Can’t go wrong with White Castles burgers if your stomach can handle them after a certain age. My husband can still chow down and enjoy their flavors even in the morning on our way back down state to Springfield. I indulged in their chicken sandwich due to my sensitive stomach. My first try and the little sandwich was flavorful and filling and tolerable. Spoke lengthy with the cashier who was astounded that in our capital city there are no White Castles. CEO needs to place a restaurant down state. It would be a great money maker for the food, price & nostalgia.
