I visited this location a few times and received good service in the drive thru. The cashiers have positive attitudes which is refreshing. I have received pretty good service so far. The food was hot, crispy and delicious. The prices are also great. The fish sandwich tastes way better than any other fish sandwich I had at other restaurants. It’s actually crispy and flavourful. And the cheese is actually melted! I’ll definitely be back and will probably not return to previous restaurants I used to patronize. The Fries and onion rings are always hot and crispy. Remember to request condiments (ketchup, tartar sauce, mustard etc …) on the side when you order if needed. I forgot to do that the first visit but the staff resolved that for me.

I had the opportunity to visit 2 weeks ago and I have been meaning to write a review since my visit. My dad sent me to get him a few burgers, and he was not disappointed. The staff here is simply AMAZING! I arrived and was quickly greeted in a friendly manner by Kionna (not sure of the spelling). It was a large order in front of me in the drive thru and a delay. On this hot day Kionna was professional, and considerate enough to offer me a drink, and a coupon for a future visit. I have had the pleasure of interacting with other amazing Managers in the past like Jeanine, and Debbie today. Great Teamwork, fantastic leadership and outstanding customer service!!!! See coupon pic

I grew up w Whitey’s and then moved away for 22 years where there were no white castle’s. I had to get the frozen stuff while I was gone, and, obviously, it doesn’t compare to the real deal. This location is fast, friendly, and just how I remembered it. Great stuff.

9 people were inside inline, 7 cars went thru the driveway before our orders were placed. My son counted 35 cars went thru before we got our 2 burgers. The temp inside was nearly 50 degrees.

As compared to the restaurants in Chicago and those in close proximity this place is far beyond in sanitation, delivery, and environment. Even in a midday rush they kept a consistent work flow, and importantly acknowledged my presence and someone would assist me very shortly.

My experience wasn’t so great. The place is clean and the food is decent, but the attitude of this Hispanic manager sucks. She always has a sour look on her face and acted irritated when my order was incorrect. No apology, just a sour look. It wasn’t the first time she had been nasty. She works in the morning. She needs more training related to customer service. Overall, all other people working there are courteous and professional.

I was in the drive thru for 10 minutes before I beeped my horn and asked if they were open and the man inside told me that there was only 2 people working and if I want I could just pull off if I wanted to that kind of rude behavior is uncalled for I will never go there again by far the worst place I’ve ever been
