I feel the need to write this review, and I apologize in advance to anyone who reads it. The first time I visited this location, the customer service was terrible, although the food made up for it. The second time I went, it was around midnight, and I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich. When I got home, I realized my order was wrong—they forgot the cheese on the sandwich.
That makes two negative experiences at this location, and I’m honestly disappointed. I love White Castle, but this location really needs better employees. If the customer service and attention to orders don’t improve, this location could suffer because of the staff.
Again, I apologize for the negative review, but I just wish I had received better customer service and a correctly made sandwich.

Omg it was so good, fresh and cooked while we were there. We’ll be back, everyone was so professional and nice. I will never Go back to White Castle on 59. The food sucked. They told me that that they did not put any mustard and ketchup on it and I couldn’t even get our order correct?

Not sure what’s going on here. I ordered a 3 pc cheese stick. They gave me 2 1/2. I let that slide. Ordered same thing on another occasion and the gave me a 3pc but they were all stuck together. Couldn’t eat then because it was only cooked on the outside and the middle was still raw. This time I called in and they said to come in and they would replace them. No problem. Came back to redeem my cheese sticks and decided to order the new chicken sandwich meal. Sadly, they were inedible! They tasted like they had been cooked, sat in the basket for several hours and when I made my order, they refried them and gave it to me! $10 down the drain! Disgusting!

Everything is about location, and this location is awesome. The employees are great, our food was hot and fresh and really good. They have the mustard that I love you don’t have to ask for it anymore they keep it out in the dining area. Also they keep it cold inside during the summer and was very clean.

I ordered a lot of food from here for delivery at about 4am. Left a note in 3 different locations on the order for marinara, honey mustard and ranch sauces. Got my food and no sauce whatsoever. Food was also very cold. Called and Connie answered and I explained my situation and she said the sauces are free I can’t offer you anything. You can come pickup the sauces was her reply. If I wanted to drive I wouldn’t have had it delivered. Do not have food delivered overnight from this location.

What makes the White Castle so great to me is that it’s not available anywhere near where I live. So when I find a place like this I even go there for breakfast! I managed to eat 5 white castles with cheese and enjoyed every single one of them
