I had a good experience with this white castle. I went thru the drive thru the service was fast and the employees were on there game very fast, friendly, and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to go there.

On an empty evening, you suspect your food to be cooked right by the manager. Instead, everything was over fried and they standing right over the food. If you need help, ask someone else to do it. Shrimp nibble should be crunchy nibbler that after a few my jaw started hurting. The fries were overcooked. It’s no need for me to go ahead and tell somebody what to do when Harley no one is there to order.

We drive in from Muskegon Michigan to get my husband’s grub on. I swear he would move to the area just for a daily fix of the food… it’s nice they ofter the impossible burger now.. easier to get grub for the whole family in one spot opposed to having to go all over.

Let me start by saying that I decided to give this location another chance after I’ve been burned by their bad service in the past. Never again!
I stopped at this location on 8/13/25 at 11:20 PM to place what I thought was a really simple order: a #1 combo meal and two double cheeseburgers. The cashier rang up the double cheeseburgers as singles, a very simple mistake (and one that I was very understanding about). I didn’t realize the mistake until I got home, so I drove back to the restaurant since it’s only a few minutes from where I live, to get my order corrected.
This is where the breakdown in service recovery begins. The manager on duty never offered me an apology for the mistake but was quick to charge me extra for the upgrade to the double cheeseburgers. I was fine with paying the extra cost, but an apology would’ve been nice. Neither an apology nor a “thank you” ever came.
I hope the district manager or someone in corporate is reading these reviews because this location needs some work. Also, the food prep area in this restaurant is very dirty, so I don’t think I’ll be going back anyway. ✌

Horrible service… Walked in, 1 person sitting waiting on food. Maybe 2 or 3 cars in drive thru. Waited at cashier to wait on ordering for 8 mins before I walked out.
No greetings, no taking of my order but all 3…2 females 1 male, sure had a nice time talking with with each other as they were clearly working on skme thing. That’s why I hate coming in the afternoons because these are your LAZIEST WORKERS

Worst place I’ve been ever White Castle or not rude bathroom was disgusting I definitely would not stop there ever hamburgers where old soggy the cheese was dried on the corners that weren’t underneath the bun tasted like they dipped it in dishwater threw them in the trashcan

Good place to grab a quick bite in the morning and evenings. Stay open 24 hours. place very clean. They have drive thru also.

Employees just lack enthusiasm they’ll look at you 5 times before they even acknowledge your presence which is kinda rude they can use a trip to 5 Guys learn something from they staff most times I just go to the one in Cal City on River Oaks Dr. I live in Dolton but it’s worth the trip.

7/12/25 I ordered the impossible slider meal and a #9 for my kids. It took forever to get the food but I didn’t mind I was not in a rush. When I received my food they lady was polite don’t get me wrong but I pulled over to dish out the burgers to the kids. Why was it A BUGGGGGGGG IN MY IMPOSSIBLE WHOPPERS. It almost seems intentional then I checked the other burgers it had hair in it IM DONE WITH WHITE CASTLES. I REBUKE YOU IN THE NAME OF JESUS WHO EVER DID THAT TO MY Food.
