I remember going to White Castle as a child and being amazed looking through the windows, and watching how they made those little square burgers. Sadly, these days you don’t see people working on your food like they used to. It seems as though they’re mostly standing around talking or looking at their cell phones, and the service isn’t all that great. We went into White Castle and waited probably about 20 to 25 minutes for our food. The tables were sticky. There was no communication about how long of a wait there would be. The just stood in their little circle. I have to say it sends off a bad vibe. Especially when they could be cleaning those tables or emptying garbage cans that were full. We had too many restaurants close from Covid 19, we don’t need other reasons to close.

This location has to be managed properly. It took 35 minutes for orders to be completed, and the drive-through was backed up almost five cars. Most of them drove off because of the poor service.

Wow, is this store dirty. Sadly because it’s not very busy. Two employees talking and not cleaning. The fries tasted like cooked in old oil. Sliders very soggy. They do have the nice Coke machine.

I’m not even putting any stars. I went in two weeks ago, and people were waiting for about 20 mins. for their orders. No one in the back seemed to know what they were doing, nor did they seem to notice the growing line at the counter. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and go in again last week. Even worse! Long line at the counter, manager simply was going around in circles, 3 or 4 employees were just standing around in the back. Someone finally comes up to take my order (after the 2 people in front of me gave up and left), and then someone calls out his name and he just turns around and goes to the back while I’m talking to him. Hope corporate rattles this cage… or shuts it down!

Visited a few days ago, and the manager Amanda was absolutely amazing. She has such an amazing personality and she is definitely the reason I will come back regularly! This location has landed the jackpot by hiring this amazing person. My sliders were awesome! THIS MANAGER DESERVES $22 PER HOUR AT LEAST IF SHE IS NOT ALREADY BEING COMPENSATED FOR HER AMAZING WORK! Very rare to find genuine workers these days

The food is the usual White Castle fare and is good. Customer service at this location is abysmal. Last trip took over 20 minutes to get an order of 6 sliders from the drive through. I would prefer to go i the restaurant to order, but, guess what?? The restaurant is closed a good percentage of the time. I can understand staffing shortages, but about a sign saying “Drive through only?”

Where I’m from we don’t have white castles, but i travel extensively for work and stop at every one I come across for some double cheese sliders. 9/10 locations are impressively filthy with overflowing trash and filthy tables, it’s honestly noteworthy how filthy this chain can be compared to any other chain and get away with it. Most lobbies are very small as well. This location was surprisingly large with little to no mess, it was immediately obvious to me before the front door even closed. Somehow my sliders weren’t very hot when served and it affected how much they melt the cheese and how the whole thing melts in your mouth so I’m not giving 5 stars, even the dirty stores usually nail that part and the way the razor thin beef and sautéed onions just kinda dissolve in your mouth is the entire appeal to me. But it’s worth stopping by.

Not a good atmosphere at all… No one in restaurant… Yet all of the tables there looked like they hadn’t been cleaned all day. When I asked for more napkins for my family of 4 (the napkin holder was empty) the manager have us 3 napkins. None of the workers seemed happy to be there. It took them 15-20 minutes to get our order ready even with no other customers there. I will not be returning to this location
