The food was overall really good; crispy, fresh, hot, flavorful. 3 sliders had cheese and 1 didnt, weird, not sure how that happened. But the Coke Zero tasted like carbonated water, no flavor, syrup was obviously out and they didn’t care. Worker was nice but they don’t look groomed in a clean way in my opinion. I did drive through but inside of restaurant looked clean but chairs were all over the place. They even have potted flowers on tables, lol.

This location has to be managed properly. It took 35 minutes for orders to be completed, and the drive-through was backed up almost five cars. Most of them drove off because of the poor service.
There were only four employees during my visit. I enjoyed the food but the lack of employees increased the waiting time to receive your meal.

Special Valentine’s White Castle Event was awesome!!We made our reservations through Open Table and it was a fun night at the Love Castle ! Tableside service and pretty decor! The ladies there greeting and hosting were so fun and the staff in back were busy preparing the food. I would go next year !

I love the burgers. But this double fell a apart after first bite a sloppy mess in my hand. The manager or lead guy whatever he is is not a people person. I did not say anything about the slop burger. This was 12pm 10/16/25. I was the only customer in there. In addition chunk of gristle in the burger. Thats a first in all my slider dining. I live 40 miles away won’t be in this area for a while.

Love this place. It is perfect for picky eaters. The drive thru wait is a little long for a few burgers, but my son who only eats burgers with cheese destroyed a couple burgers for lunch. I hope more of these opened up. We would keep them in business.

I haven’t been to a White Castle in a while, and I got a craving for those sliders I remember so fondly. The taste of those burgers hasn’t changed one bit. Delicious and soft, I should have ordered a couple dozen!
The service here is great. Friendly, fast, and very patient, they get 5 stars all around.

I remember going to White Castle as a child and being amazed looking through the windows, and watching how they made those little square burgers. Sadly, these days you don’t see people working on your food like they used to. It seems as though they’re mostly standing around talking or looking at their cell phones, and the service isn’t all that great. We went into White Castle and waited probably about 20 to 25 minutes for our food. The tables were sticky. There was no communication about how long of a wait there would be. The just stood in their little circle. I have to say it sends off a bad vibe. Especially when they could be cleaning those tables or emptying garbage cans that were full. We had too many restaurants close from Covid 19, we don’t need other reasons to close.

Always super slow and they don’t take care of customers inside. They just stare, make food for drive thru and apologize. This place is understaffed by slow workers. Good people I’m sure but slow workers.

Wow, is this store dirty. Sadly because it’s not very busy. Two employees talking and not cleaning. The fries tasted like cooked in old oil. Sliders very soggy. They do have the nice Coke machine.
