WARNING! SOMETHING IS CONSISTENTLY WRONG WITH EITHER THE BREAD,, OR BEEF AT THIS LOCATION ONLY! I am now 100% certain this is isolated to this Brooklyn Park location only. I went there last week, the sliders tasted maybe moldy? It might have been the beef but I think it’s the bread. I remembered thinking the same the last time I was at this location a few months ago. And I think even another time….. last night, I intentionally went to the Blaine location. Absolutely no issues. Tasted normal. There is unquestionably, in arguably something wrong with the food at the Brooklyn Park location. Now, that is a heavy black area and I am a white customer… it’s possible that could be screwing with white customers food as the black Supremacy white racism is very heavy in the state….. but I have no proof of that. I do have proof that food here tastes odd, weird, and disgusting. Possibly mold. All you have to do is go there and try for yourself and compare it to either the Maple Grove location or the. Blaine location

Aside from the terrible AI voice that tries to take your order in the drive-thru (and is wrong about what they do and don’t have), the customer service by real humans was amazing! We absolutely love how crispy the chicken sandwiches are.

I would like my money back. I do not like sausage dropped in the fryer. It needs to be cooked on the flat grill not dropped in the grease that breakfast sandwich was nasty as hell. I would like my money back. I’ve been trying to call but you never answer the phone and I’ve been hung up on. So who do I go through to get my money back or do I call my bank?

Warning everyone to check order before you leave the window. I ordered onion chips and got French fries which I never order because I don’t like crinkle cut. My fish sandwich (now that they use Panko) had to much breading. And the tartar sauce has also changed. I used to love their tartar sauce now it’s just too sour. Couldn’t have been more disappointed in a meal

Been going to this BP Location for many years but sad to say today was the last time.
We ordered through the ‘kiosk’ which was a bad idea vs. going inside. Once we were home they only gave us half of our order, so back we go. Luckily for us one of the employees was there but not on the clock so she was able to help us out and get our order correct. But when we got home we had 3 orders of everything… . It was a win for us but they still didn’t get it right.

Friendly staff and our food was fresh, I did have to order with the robot which was different, and I didn’t get the cheese I had asked for- I wasn’t charged for it. I think a person would have caught that little extra.
