I stopped in went though drive through i ordered a number 1 with cheese. The burgers were cold the cheese wasn’t melted the buns were dry and hard the fries were burnt. I sat outside window for 5 minutes waiting to pay before someone finally came. I ordered the shrimp bites couldn’t pick one up because the breading just fell apart. I honestly wouldn’t stop at this location again.

Cheese sticks were good, however The case of burgers I got were not fresh. They were Luke warm at best. Buns were crisp around the edges. I think these were pre-made. I’m disappointed. We were heading home from the cities. Other wise I would have turned around. Should have went to the West St Paul one. Always fresh and good.

I made a mistake with my order today and used the wrong coupon. I thought that I had order a combo meal and thought the price seamed low. When I received the meal there were no small hash browns. I said I ordered the combo meal, and the cashier showed me my coupon, but the manager said no problem and gave me a medium hash brown at no charge. This is what is called great customer service and wanting your customers to be happy and wanting to return. This is why I support this restaurant.

I didn’t grow up on this fast food place, kind of different how tiny the burgers are. I can’t taste or smell so if they have any special flavoring or topping, I can’t help give any review to that. Okay service, fast food is fast food to me.

I went inside to grab a quick bit and not only was there a line with nobody working the register, but I look over and there was raw meat patties sitting on the counter top directly next to where burgers were being made. Holy cross contamination! Walked out immediately. Just no.

The food is ok but kinda expensive for processed food that’s tiny. Even their sharable meals are expensive for not much considering the actual size of their burgers and sandwiches. The staff are friendly though and don’t bother you and they keep the dining room clean.

Always loved White Castle an American tradition. This time though my order was wrong; I ordered ten original sliders with onions and ketchup only. I realized when I got home I had five original sliders with pickles and no ketchup. Also five cheeseburgers with pickles and no ketchup. My fault for not looking right away but it wasn’t worth going back. An honest mistake, It won’t change my love for White Castle!
