I went through the drive thru after placing a mobile order. The food was good and the employee at the window was nice, but it took at least 15 minutes from the speaker to getting my food at the window. There were 4 cars ahead of me, but each car had to sit at the window for 5-7 minutes before they would take our order.

Very long wait for the food and still they got it wrong. They didn’t give us our onion chips, cheese sauce, and messed up my drinks. There’s literally like 2 workers. Very rude lady at the drive thru. She shouted in the drive thru for us to go ahead. If you’re unhappy working there, go work somewhere else that you don’t have to deal with people. Will not waste a cent here again!

Complaint Regarding Restroom Access
Hello,
I am a regular paying customer at this White Castle and buy food here almost every day. Recently, I was told I could not use the restroom unless I purchased food first—even though I am a loyal customer and had just bought food.
This treatment was surprising and disrespectful. No paying customer should be denied basic restroom access. I kindly ask that this policy be reviewed and that customers, especially regular ones, be treated with courtesy.

Hamburgers were fine. Fries cold. Soda machine mostly empty, and soda that was there was flat. A giant puddle in front of the machine. Bathroom filthy, the whole place was. The staff practically through the food at us. We were there on vacation, so White Castle is a destination for us. What a huge disappointment!

Very very very long wait. My order was confirmed but still given to me wrong. I’m a very understanding person. And understood the situation that the workers, which was minimum may have been going through but I sat there and watched my order. Get dropped Ten minutes after I ordered it with no one else in line. The girl making the food burgers specifically butt was hanging out.
Just not the best experience to support going back to. I truly believe secret audits need to be done on these fast food places for customer service and sanitary purposes.

Service could definitely be better. They also need to learn to bag the food more appropriately. My onion chips were literally thrown in upside down. So they were everywhere in the bag and put its grease everywhere. They were very good though. The sliders were poorly made. Just slapped on without any accuracy or care. Onions everywhere and bread all smashed up from the side. Overall, food was great but service needs improvement for sure. Would definitely recommend at a different location.
