Can’t really expect much from white castle for quality. The buns were pretty wet and soggy but probably from steam since they were very fresh off the grill. People were nice and only had to wait because they were waiting on the patties. Not worth the cost.

It’s a White Castle. The drive through line is always busy it seems so we went in. Service was relatively quick. Order was correct. There was sufficient supplies of ketchup, napkins, ice, and our choice of beverages. It was pretty busy inside as well. The tables needed to be wiped down but weren’t too bad. We ate, cleared our table and left. Food tasted as expected. The prices always surprise me since the burgers are so tiny… but then again, you can spend $20 for 2 people at almost any fast food place these days.
As usual, White Castle’s revenge struck on cue. Nothing a half a pack of tums and a couple of GasX can’t handle.
Parking is generally available, the place is wheelchair accessible if there isn’t fresh snow, if you have dietary restrictions this is probably the 1st choice I’d make.

Ordered some sliders through the app after a very long day. Got back to my home to enjoy them, only to realize that the bread was moldy on 1/2 of them…. quite disgusted as well as worried about how many other sliders from that same batch may possibly be moldy.

Horrible service. Went through drive through with only one person in front of me. That person sat at the speaker for 10 minutes before they took his order. It was 20 minutes before I got up to the windows to be charged for the wrong order. He said he canceled the order because he thought I drove away. He put the order in and after waiting 5 minutes they asked me to pull ahead. I was very nice and patient the whole time but at this point I said sorry but I would just like my money back, I can’t wait longer. A young lady came up to the windows and bluntly asked of I paid cash or card. She then without looking at me, reached out and handed me the return reciept and walked away. No thank you for waiting so long or apology. Unacceptable customer service.

I ordered food through the drive thru earlier and asked the worker to give me his favorite sauce for my chicken rings and he gave the best recommendation, the tangy honey mustard was amazing. I put it on everything, thanks man. Better make a double batch tomorrow I’ll be by to buy bucket loads <3

I’ve been a fan of white castle for 10 years now, and I went today and I just had the best experience ever. They were so efficient at getting our order in and getting our order to us. When we got the fries, the fries were so hot we could barely touch them. The chicken slider was perfection. This place is also so clean. The staff are friendly.

I recently placed an online order with White Castle and expected a smooth pickup experience. However, when I arrived at the drive-thru, I still had to wait over 25 minutes for my food. That’s far too long for something I ordered ahead of time, especially from a fast-food restaurant.
I understand that delays can happen, but this completely defeated the purpose of ordering in advance. I wanted to share this experience in hopes that future customers don’t have to wait this long for pre-ordered meals.
