When we got our food, we noticed the amount of fries & the person told us that the amount they gave out. The hamburger sliders were not what we ordered. The fries was half full. Lots of Ice in the drink. Very little pop. We ask for no ice. The fries had lots of salt on them. Don’t waste your time going there.

Waiting at the counter for our food, and a little kid male jumps from behind the counter over the counter into the restaurant area starts running around like a crazy person no parent in sight sticking his hands inside of the pop machine, finally a woman ponytail on top of her head. Maybe Mexican came out. She was not able to corral him. He then jumped from the restaurant into the cooking area. The whole restaurant was in shock, I will be calling the State tomorrow to report this, as it was such a bio hazard between sticking his hands in the pop machine, and then jumping across the table with his whole body dirty feet and hands, I understand you have to bring your children to work, but this was disgusting. The woman should be fired ASAP, she did not care her child was doing anything, please review the video

Best service ever by a woman named Brittney! The place was extremely, extremely busy. She was doing quite a lot but made sure my order was correct and everything was still nice, hot and all there. She was pretty chill for that dinner rush and it being a million degrees in that place! Definitely need the air conditioning fixed or turned on but other than that I had a pretty good experience at white castle. Will recommend to others and will definitely return again for that kind of service. Thanks again to Brittney for the outstanding customer service!

I don’t know what’s going on at white castle lately but staff have had molasses ruining through them for at least 6 months. The wait time to place an order is insane then when did they start cooking your order after u order it at white castle? The managers on duty are mean. Customer service is most definitely not their priority. I’m gonna stop going to this fast food joint. The time investment to eat food that’s not great isn’t worth it.

Maybe it’s just me but inside smells awful. So, stick with drive-thru if your appetite is affected by smells. Grabbed a couple crave cases for breakfast for a work meeting. The sandwiches were delicious. The staff were fun to talk to and polite it just took a while to get my order even with a call ahead. I keep going back just make sure you give yourself plenty of time if it’s a big order.

Food was good, we ordered on the app, 20 minutes was the soonest time to pick it up. But there was an unexpected wait for our food when we went through the drive thru. The White Castle mobile app is one of the best apps I’ve seen for online ordering for a fast food restaurant.

We all know why people go to white castles…. the nice and friendly workers, amazing food, fast delivery. I went cause it was 12am and no other place was open besides mcdonalds, and usually I would’ve picked mcdonalds over white castle another day, but the chicken rings were BUSTIN.
