Admittedly the drive through took a long time for two cars. There was need to repeat our order 5 times, but it was a specialty order and once they got the split of sliders in the case, it was done perfectly. I know these get thrown together pretty fast because it’s 30 burgers. However, and it may seem petty, but when you order them with cheese along with the softness of the bun and steamy burger, once they are together, you cannot adjust to fix the patty when it’s half off the bun. Other than that, no complaints. We have to drive two hours to have them now, and having grown up having them very close, it was a nice treat and freshly made.

If you like white castle you will get what you want as expected. Love a slider! Note that the dining room was closed due to.a staffing shortage per the sign on the door so drive through only. That said, the staff was working hard and the line moved fairly quickly.

I had my first ever White Castle experience. I couldn’t hardly wait. This was by far the dirtiest public dining room I’ve ever experienced. Floor to ceiling, wall to wall – dirty. After noting how unfriendly staff was, I went to the restroom to wash my hands & grab some towel to wipe a table. There was none. There was also no hand soap. I asked the gal at the counter for paper towel & she looked at me as though I asked her to sell her right lung. Slowly she walked back & dug around for a dry paper towel. If I can’t wash my own hands and have a clean surface to eat, where are the employees washing? How dirty is the kitchen? Hopefully the health department doesn’t make an unexpected visit, as I did love all the food we had. I’d love to go back. I’m so sad about the icky feels this place gave me.

I think our Gurnee, IL location is closed unfortunately so, we had to make our way here for some sliders. We decided to dine in after seeing the drive thru line being pretty long. Overall, ordering was quick and effortless. It did take a bit to get our meal since there was an issue apparently and they apologized but I wasn’t in any rush. Food was as good as always. Well made sliders, fresh fries, and chicken rings. Couldn’t have asked for a better meal for craving sliders.

It was our first time going to white castle and it was a pretty good experience. If you’re in the mood for a hamburger, this is your place. A lot better than the frozen store hamburgers. Also, the mac and cheese bites were mouthwatering! I’m usually not a huge fan of Mac and cheese flavored foods (ex. Mac and cheese pizza) but these are the bomb. Overall, a very pleasant place to grab a quick bite.

Is there an issue with this particular area off the highway? Is it physically impossible for folks here to listen and comprehend content? Ordered $40 worth of food for the group and 60% of the order was wrong, after repeating it back multiple times, content on the order screen was correct, the execution felt excessively short. Listening to and following directions is difficult. Congratulations on the almost $20/hr for not doing your job correctly.

I believe this is the only White Castle in all of Wisconsin. Dining room was large and clean. Food was ready soon after we ordered and literally steaming hot. Ghost pepper cheese is a great addition if you like it spicy.

Consistently the worst White Castle ever! Such a shame it’s the furthest north and we drove almost two hours to consistently be disappointed. Y’all should just close this location and save White Castle the embarrassment.
