The food at White Castle is White Castle food lol , don’t be silly,if you like White Castle (and I do) it’s terrific. The staff is friendly there was a small mistake in my order getting entered into the cash register and they fixed it instantly but it’s not a very pleasant restaurant it’s pretty basic and Spartan inside which is fine but it also could use a good scrubbing in the seating area however the kitchen looked nice and clean

Went for a quick bite. The soda machine was out of half the flavors. They were also out of fries and after I grabbed the last ketchup packet, I asked if they had any more and they said they were out of that too. Can’t tell if it’s employees or they’re just doing poor inventory management.

Screwed my order up. Person at window at stripper nails, was short with me.. pretty much throw the food at me. Wrong order. But I was on the highway, and couldn’t turn back. Went outta my way to go there.

I love those little burgers. Kenosha is the closest one to me since I live in Milwaukee. It had opened up for the day and I was one of the first ones there. Food was fresh and hot. Even did the survey to get 2 free burgers. But the lady helping me kinda had an attitude at first because I didn’t know what I wanted. Other than that a good experience.

I’m not going to be picky about this White Castle since it’s my first time coming to this location. I ordered the 10 sliders meal with cheese and chicken rings. I was happy to see a soda machine here to. The sliders were so good and I ate 6 of my burgers right away and my mom ate 4. If I’m in Kentown again I will be back to this WC

First time here. Some really great people work here. Especially Tamika (hope I spelled her name correctly). She has a beautiful personality and her representation of this company is impressive. The company should be very proud of their choice of hire!! Also. Yummy fresh hot food. Would return for sure!!
