I had a great experience at this White Castle! I ordered the #1 meal with a side of chicken rings, and everything was served hot and fresh.
The service was excellent—my cashier, Mark, was very polite and we had a nice small conversation about the upcoming Christmas holiday while I was checking out. It’s always a pleasure to get great food paired with such friendly service. I’ll definitely be back!

Went inside there was no wait. The food was nice fresh and hot. You better go up in there and get you some of these white castles burgers get you a double cheeseburger with extra onions and pickles. Get that ketchup in that mustard.

Only the night crew gives the worst service. Order has been wrong each time I went. And then have an attitude when I let them know.I have given them the benefit of the doubt and said maybe they’re tired. BUT NO. Maybe they just don’t care. I was at Beaumont Hospital dropping something off for someone late at night and I remembered that there was a White Castle on Coolidge on the other side of Woodward…key word being, was!
So I asked Google Maps if there were any nearby that were still open and six minutes later I was placing the first fast food order I’ve placed in several years!
A little while after that, I had safely returned home, but I can’t say the same for those delicious fries or any of the bacon cheeseburgers w/onions!
I might have to entertain the idea of storming The Castle, more often.

The cleanest, friendliest and tastiest White Castle I have ever dined in. The food was fresh and hot. The bathrooms were clean and well maintained. Highly recommend!

I threw 1/2 of the food away. It was just…. meh. The chicken was too dark and was very dry, same for the burgers. The frys were good, the onion petals were mush. It was a huge let down to what I remember them being. And the drive thru worker had no anything to him and sounded like he would rather have had a root canal done.

Rolled up today after spending a day out at the Detroit Zoo and saw a big lineup of cars. Hadn’t been to White Castle in a long time and I’ll admit my last experience wasn’t a good one. This was the opposite! Greeted right away and order taken promptly. Despite all the cars in the drive thru we got our order quick and it was perfect. Thanks for the eeeats!
