The lady running the cash register was really nice. She helped me understand something on the menu. already had Halloween decoration out in August . Now the bathroom was the thing affecting the score. It was pretty gross.

Coming from the West Coast, my only exposure to White Castle was the Harold & Kumar film. It turned into legendary folklore. 20 years later I finally got to try it.
I think my expectations were higher than they should have been. The sliders are just ordinary burgers that don’t have any particularly memorable taste to them other than the sauces you put in them.

Tables were dirty, and there was no place to sit outside. Our medium fry was skimpy
Besides that the other food was good and the service was friendly.

White Castle is a fan favorite!! The food is great the service is also decent although sometimes they get a little confused during high volume times. Even still, they’re always eager to make it right and provide you with the best experience possible. The prices are pretty good for the amount of food you get and the food seems to be made to order so it’s always fresh. Overall, great location and great experience dining here.

The folks at the drive thru window are always very upbeat and nice. The food was great too, no issues with my order and everything was super fresh and hot. The only negative is that the tables are always dirty if you eat inside.

We have always liked the frozen sliders but knew fresh should be better. They were. Loved the variety to choose from. I heard the mac & cheese nibbles were pretty good. A little under staffed and tables needed cleaning but overall, looked to be well maintained. Mark one off the ole bucket list. We were not disappointed. A little treat before a flight home. Love the place. Prices are good.

I ordered breakfast for my husband to pick up on his way to work. After standing at the counter being ignored for almost 10 minutes, one of the guys who looked at him early and walked away was asked why he wasn’t helping the customer. He strolled over nice and slow. My husband took cold food to work for him and his coworkers. Basically done with this place. It used to be good. But now with the long and very slow drive thru and the terrible service, no thank you. Do better!

Pretty tasty, first time dining at a White Castle. The food was what you’d expect from a food chain. If you’ve never been I would recommend giving it a try. The staff were friendly and the lobby and dining areas were nice and clean.

Hands down the worst fast food restaurant I have been to in the last 20 years. My wife ordered online, and I went to pick it up. When I arrived, the drive-through was backed up 10-12 cars. So I decided to go inside. There was one person ahead of me and a person who came in behind me. I waited about 5 min for the 1st person to order and pay. Then I got to the counter and said pickup for my wifes name. Stepped to the side and filled up the 2 cups he gave me and then proceeded to wait 21 minutes for my order. They took orders after mine at the drive-through and cleared the entire drive-through line while I stood there waiting and also served the guy who came in behind me. I was beyond upset but somehow managed to bite my tongue. I will never be back to this dump.
