If you are trying to order plain sliders via DoorDash, you’ll notice there’s currently no option to customize them on the app. This could be frustrating, but I have to commend the staff here for offering a brilliant solution!
Every time I place an order, I simply call the store immediately afterward and give them my name. They quickly confirm the customization (making the sliders plain) and have consistently gotten it right.
This level of great service and communication is awesome. It shows they genuinely care about customer satisfaction and are willing to handle specific requests that the technology hasn’t caught up with yet. Huge thanks to the team—you guys are awesome and deliver great food and service!

We were split on the food this visit with one liking it and one not wanting any more and stopping before they had eaten their share.
Fries were only slightly warm, onion chips were hot, and burgers were warm and fresh. Chocolate shakes were good.

Came through drive thru, seems only one gentleman taking orders. Didn’t wait long at all, service was fast and the food fresh! I love fresh fries from White Castle. Kudos to the people here right now working!

So when you use DoorDash to order there is no option to make your sliders plain. However every time I order I simply call up there and give them my name before I order and they always get it right! Thank you for the great service. You guys are awesome.

Messed up order spend $50 on a craver box heavy everything and all they heavy was mustard so much it’s leaking everywhere no pickles or onions. I called and she said everything only means sauce and if I wanted to come back she would give me a cup of pickles. The job is obviously to hard for some people. Store# 040031. I went to this Particular white castle on Thursday, 10/23/2025 at approximately 11:22am. There was a young lady working the drive thru and the counter,. She was very nice and polite, but she was making food, touching the cheese, burgers, buns, etc, and taking money, while ringing up at the drive thru and the front counter for the ten minutes that I was in there, but she never once changed her plastic gloves. This is very unsanitary, and it looks bad to customers.

I usually always go to this White castles and I’ve been pretty happy with them in the past although I have noticed some shady activity going on there in regards to money it seems like they’re asking for donations for change and it doesn’t state it anywhere on the menu or anywhere and also today I went there today and my bill was $14 and 64 cents and she asked me if I wanted a receipt I said no and she only gave me $4 and change back she stole a dollar I’m certain of it so if you’re going to the drive-thru always ask for a receipt is a story here and make sure they’re giving you proper change To me it was worth a dollar just to know what they’re like their for certain now I can let all you people know
