Sat in drive thru for 25 minutes. Once your in, there is no way to back out and tried putting my car in reverse hoping the person behind me would back up but they didnt. Never again will I visit this location.

Excellent customer service tonight! It’s so refreshing to see staff in tune with each other. Giving our order was a breeze the cashier was really nice, welcoming, and the food was freshly made. Restoring my faith in fast food restaurants 🙂

Since the drive thru isnt a human any more my order was incorrect and then they refused to fix it instead putting condiments in the bag. While my wife asked if I wanted mozzarella sticks it added them and closed out our order telling us to pull ahead. Again, no correction offered just that it was our fault for not knowing how ti phrase what we want to a computer instead of a human. Such a disappointing change.

We ordered online. I went to the door and followed what the signs said. The guy saw us, looked at the lady and said something. She gave him an angry reaction and they didn’t come to the door. We’re here at 1:40am and it’s before 3am. So we waited and they didn’t come.

Door dashing and the order was supposed to be picked up at 2:14 I arrived they told me 10 mins. No customers, no cars in the drive through, & it was a small order that should have already been ready. 2 employees working and only one making food and the same employee is the one that nicely greeted me. Just saying 5 sliders and a fry should not take 20+ mins to make that’s insane.

This is the best white castle around, they know how to make a great cheese burger and dont keep you waiting. It’s to bad that many of the other locations have closed but this one is so great that it should never be shut down.
