Placed a mobile order and I typed in 3 different times in 3 different screens requesting everything on the sliders. Sliders dry as the desert. How about going back to how original sliders were presented with everything on them and let it be customers request to not have everything on them if they don’t desire that option. Either that or re-purpose the app for those that don’t pay attention to detail when preparing orders. Why have someone type all those characters in all those different places only for it to be ignored. If your not going to train employees to be aware of requests that the app asks for find a better way.

The service was good. I was shocked because White Castles have not good friendly service reputation in Detroit. The service was good, my order was correct and the food was tasty. I wanted to grab a quick bite to eat, and White Castle did not disappoint. The burgers and chicken rings were delightful and well prepared. The fries were a little overcooked but still consumable. Just slightly overcooked. Overall it was a good take away dining experience.

After having a horrible experience where food was forgotten, I said I wouldn’t come to this location and go to the Greenfield location to feed my family. I’m so HAPPY I tried this WC again. Food was hot, Elena service was awesome, and the line moved fast. The AI messed up a few times but overall the service was phenomenal.

I Thought not being crowded and having to waiting in line was going to be a good thing. I was wrong. Chicken sandwich and chicken rings were dry and hard. Portion size has changed; very thin, probably over cooked and had set for a while. Won’t be going back.

I believe they changed the recipe for the chicken rings. They were disgusting. No flavor big and thick like some donuts compared to the old recipe. Well I guess I’ll never order them again…I threw the rest in the garbage
