Out dashing for over 5 hours. Picking up a dash order. Go inside to use the restroom and they say you have to purchase something to be able to use the restroom. I am 46 years old and do not need to be having an accident on myself. I told them I do not want anything from them. I pissed off went on and paid a dollar at White Castles store number 040013. White Castle has a contract with Door Dash. The order the dasher is picking up has a receipt which probably has a code on it. There is no HUMAN way if you have a contract with Door dash which everyone with the door dash company has had a background check. It is a human rights violation to refuse a functional lavatory, restroom etc. Also if someone is working for a company you have a contract with. It is just common courtesy to let the dasher who are picking up a paid order to let them use the restroom. No one who is working and picking orders from your establishment should have to shell out cash every time to use the facilities. IT IS INHUMANE

Even if the employees are following what their supervisor has told them. We are HUMAN BEINGS. Treat people correctly. It also goes to the people who own White Castles. Last time I checked years ago that this was a family who started this company over 103 years ago who were compassionate people.
I have also personally done business with this company for over 40 years. I am only one person but I will never ever spend another dime in White Castle ever again let alone pick up a dash order from any of your establishments ever.

Just left this location where my order was handed to the car ahead of me, given back, then handed to me. I asked if that were the case before paying for it and was lied to. I had a feeling it was mine because the difference between my order and the car before was different in size. I paid for and took it because the young lady Jayla (or something with a J on her uniform) told me it hadn’t been given to the car ahead. I get my order pull up and check it. It’s cold as ever. Now why would an order made special with no onions be cold if it were just made? Furthermore, there are viruses and Covid. Plus, people don’t always wash their hands. Yet; you handed my food to the car before and still gave it to me. How disgusting… then tried to lie like I’m a fool. NOT ONLY HAD I WAITED FOR MY ORDER BUT THE CAR AHEAD ORDER HAD TO BE FIXED SO I WAITED EVEN LONGER. I AM PISSED AND STILL HUNGRY. They offered to remake it but why would I want that. Hey should have remade it versus giving me an order you let the customer touch first. CUSTOMER BEWARE ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️Before someone says the wait is why my food was cold. The order ahead was smaller than mine. I watched the whole thing. Also, I worked at White Castle and other restaurants. They ask the driver with the messed up order to pull up and they’ll bring it out so they won’t hold the line and other orders won’t get cold. So either way they were outta line. I would NEVER do a customer that way. When it’s not theirs they don’t give a damn. I am pissed to the max to think they’d give me an order they handed the customer before me and lied about it. I can look at her and tell she was lying through her teeth. That’s beyond lazy but dangerous as hell.

It’s by the bus stop so of course sometimes there’s creepy people in there. The food is always fresh and yummy!! I love my white castles with extra onions and pickles,and they always hook up my food. The staff is always friendly, never a long wait time. It’s definitely my favorite White Castle.

04/13/25 I went to the drive through told the young lady I had a coupon for buy five get five then she read my order back to me but she added three burgers to my order that I didn’t ask for and when I tried to tell her I didn’t ask for those she repeatedly kept trying to explain to me that I did. So then she decided to start my order over which is what she should have did in the first place instead of getting an attitude. At that point I didn’t even want the burgers anymore I told the young lady thank you and then she said “good even better” again with an attitude. I’m not quite sure why I deserve such an attitude. I didn’t get angry with her I didn’t get loud I just wanted my dinner.

Visiting a family member in Grand Rapids….there is no White Castle there. I couldn’t have gotten luckier. The burgers were tasty and the service was spectacular. The team at this location is phenomenal and the manager is a ray of sunshine!

Really not a place I’d probably would ever step onto. Just moved to the area and i can just say even down to communication everything felt off with my visit. The lady at the register was extremely rude i was ignored and even seen but once the office came into the building the cashier was so ready to help him ignoring the fact that she didn’t help me yet. Then she was so rude to ask me if that was as everything for my order and didn’t give a chance to respond before saying 5 dollars. I was ready to order more but she seem as if she had enough so this will be my last visit thanks

I came in to pick up a delivery. The young black employees at the window never acknowledged me. No can I help you or nothing. When she gave me the food, she finally said something and I said “Oh, you can see me”. Stay out of these places where you have to serve customers of you have no customer service!
