Well run establishments in this franchise are hard to come by these days. This particular location is a real gem. It’s clean, efficiently run, and the food is exactly how you’d expect it to be.
Service was a bit slower than I’d expect, but the taste of the food more than made up for it. And the staff was super friendly, so I didn’t mind. They do seem to be short staffed, though.
Ice in the Coke Remix machine was lacking and it was missing a ton of flavor options.

The only downsides to this White Castle is the restroom needs remodeling and when I went in the morning around 8:30 there were only two employees on shift. As a result, it took longer than what it should but not too long. All things considered, the employees were professional, my order wasn’t screwed up, the food was great, and my order was less than $10 which seemed like a lot. My compliments to the two young women who kept the place running smoothly.

Not sure how this place has 4 stars. Thought I had possibly became invisible somehow but it turns out they could see me standing at the counter the whole time. Then you get to wait forever for the food! What a fun time

We stopped and ordered a crave case. Staff were informative and polite. Bathroom urinal was out of order but was clean in there. The food was great. Thanks again for the hospitality.

My wife loves White Castle. I think it reminds her of her college years. Every once in a while I’ll stop and get her a few. I’m sure the food is tasty, I don’t eat that kind of food, but the service was great and everything was hot and fresh. She reported that they were just right.
