I went in to order and only one other person ahead of me. I ordered 1 slider and waited and waited and waited for it. Took 17 mins for an employee to even acknowledge I was standing there and waiting for my order. The cook took a break and left the kitchen. When he came back he told me he had just clocked in (even though I clearly watched him walk out) and was trying to catch up orders even though I was the only person waiting. The food was fresh and tasted good as long as you aren’t in a huge hurry.

No workers, inside closed! Even tho my order was paid for online, still made me sit in 45 minutes of drive thru. When I should been able to walk up to window and just get my food. What’s point of ordering ahead of this is how they wanna do business!! Ordering and paying ahead online is supposed to speed things up and be advantageous to customer. Not at this location. Pathetic service

If there is more than one car in drive thru you should expect to spend 30+ minutes waiting. This place used to be fairly fast but lately it has been terrible. I love White Castle but I have been visiting less frequently because the service is so slow.

Lately this location has been worse than usual. Several cars ended up leaving the drive-thru because no one would even greet them after several minutes of waiting at the speaker. My husband decided to go inside after seeing this and waited for almost 20 minutes and still no one inside took his order so we ended up leaving. There is no sense of urgency in anything they do and it is very obvious that no one cares. It’s worth driving to Clarksville because I can almost guarantee you will get home with your food before the New Albany location even takes your order and gets you your food. Consistently the worst White Castle we’ve ever been to.

We waited over 15 mins in the dining area for our food. Realized the lady didn’t get the shake in our first order so we had to order another time. Waited longer for our food to find tomatoes we said no tomatoes on our sliders and found a couple grey hairs in our sliders. This location had at least 7 employees back there and yet it still took over 15 mins to recieve our order they need to get it together

This location is a absolute joke, went in to order was the only person to order food someone else was seated eating once I pla ed my order of 12 sliders and 2 cheese fries I waited for 35 mins as at least 8 people that came in after me had gotten their food and at least 15 car passed through the drive thru just to get 2 burnt fish sliders and one of the cheese fries had cheese and honey mustard. I know losing my business doesn’t mean anything to this location but I will never be back

Even though it wasn’t super busy the girl was by herself for a little while which I thought was unsafe but the location was a fairly decent area. She done great considering she didn’t have any help.

The food was hot and fresh. The fish sandwich was flakey and juicy. It was all really good. It was my daughter’s first time at a White Castle and I’m so glad they did not disappoint. The workers were very nice too.
