It’s White Castle so if you decide to dine here, keep that in mind. I’m not a hater, but this was special occasion for Valentine’s and the chain did an amazing job embracing of the fact this isn’t the typical place to go on Valentine’s Day. This location did a rock star job of hosting!!! I highly recommend you make the reservation and enjoy the experience. We had a great time. I had the shrimp and it was good after I removed most of the thick breading. Fries were delicious. My friends all ordered sliders with fries or onion rings. We loved seeing families bring kids in all dressed up in Valentine’s outfits. What a treasure to have an affordable place for Valentine’s Day. Our check was $45 for 4 people. The memories created, priceless. ❤️

We got take out through the drive-through. The attendant was extremely personable and got our order correct. She packaged the products and rang us us smoothly and efficiently.
The food was good. It could have been more freshly prepared, but was still quite edible. That’s the reason for four stars instead of five.
It was early in the morning late in the evening (about 1 a.m.) and the restaurant was not busy. We were the only customers in the drive through while we were there and only a few people were dining inside.
We frequent this location and will certainly eat there again in the future.

I just went to get free veterans combo. Thank you. This was the best customer service experience I’ve had in months. The woman who took my order was so kind, personable and sincere. The food was incredibly fresh. The fries were perfect . But the service was phenomenal! This is the kind of service I remember back in the day, the way it should still be everywhere. Thanks! I absolutely LOVE how nice, quick & patient the people are that work here! BUT this is my THIRD NIGHT IN A ROW getting disgusting food, first 2 my burgers were hard along with my bread- fries amazingly fresh. Tonight, pulled pork, gross, lots of fat? Grissel? Idk and the fries were old & cold! This sucks especially for me because 1. Im a constant customer being im a third shifter, 2. I ALWAYS donate for the safe place 3. I never mind waiting 3-7 minutes for FRESH food because I work just as hard as them for my money. I won’t be back. Here’s some advice ” NEVER serve food YOU wouldnt eat”

I Forget the place is there. When I go the quality of the food is Tasty. Cheese fries are good but sometimes not enough cheese. Coke products which I’m happy with. Clean inside. Drive thru seems slower than most. a few hours later food makes me sick. Update: food better. No issues.

I hate this place for door dash. I was like 8 minutes out. An they didn’t start the order until I got there. An no one was in the drive-thru or the store. I am really confused on why I have the longest wait at this place. With no customers.

Several months ago I wouldn’t give white castle a good review. But things have turned around the past 5 times I’ve been there. They used to have poor service, would take quite a bit to even ring up your order. But now their employees are more friendly. They don’t keep you waiting to put in your order and you get out the door much quicker. Thanks for the good service now. Keep it up!!!
