I had 2 pickups for a third party delivery company. They lost the first one Then, had me sit there until they waited on, And served 7 more customers before finally getting back to me with my 2nd order and confirming finally that yes, they did lose the first one and couldnt find the first. The store was busy and it didn’t make me feel like they cared at all about the relationship they have with their 3rd party delivery company. But it’s water under the bridge.

I don’t eat at White Castle often, but I had the craving. I love them, they just don’t love me back. The food was what I hoped for and the staff was great. The lady at the drive-thru joked around and seemed like she was actually having fun at work. The drive-thru was a bit slow, but that’s pretty typical anywhere nowadays.

The food failed to disappoint, even if the wait time for it didn’t. White Castle is a classic American staple, and if you’re not in a rush it is well worth the inevitable wait. The cheese sliders we were served were probably some of the freshest fast food I’ve ever been handed from a restaurant.

I ordered a #2 large size with a fish sandwich, 2 cheese burgers and a 5 piece mozzarella stick. I get home with a regular frie, no cheese burgers or fish sticks. When you call, you get a voice mail. Hopefully they make it right, if not, I will repost here…
