This White Castle has serious issues.Tried to get a few sliders at 1:20 pm on Tuesday.. All kinds of people “working” just not taking orders at drive thru. Sat and waited. And waited. And left. Drove by the window and people just standing there doing nothing. Waste of time. Lots of better places to eat a few minutes away. Went to McDonald’s and they were fast and efficient.

Shoutout to the two employees working at White Castle tonight. The line was wrapped around the building and they were clearly short staffed, yet they stayed so polite and kept orders moving nonstop.
You could see how exhausted they were, but they never lost their kindness or teamwork.

I came through the drive thru at 1157 E EADS PKWY 47025 GREENDALE IN 47025 on July 14,2025 at roughly 7pm. I ask for 10 hamburgers made fresh suggy with extra salt and order of fish nibblers and mozzarella sticks. I was told they were scrapping the grille and putting them on fresh. It would be about 5 minutes. I said ok thank you. Well I was there maybe 10 or so total. I work at the casino a minute down the road. I get my food say thank you and go to work to give everyone their order. The hamburger meat was very dark brown the onions were dark brown very dried out. I didn’t appreciate the service nor the food I got. I was lied to and told they were fresh made to wait 10 minutes for for was supposed to be fresh burgers and instead they were dried out and burnt not fresh at all and purposely given to me that way.

Went here once and the onion chips were amazing. Been here three times since, and they’ve been a soggy mess. The last time it took 15 minutes to get my food at the drive though.

Personally I grew up with White Castles. I know that there is a competition called Krystal’s that some people like better but White Castle’s will forever take the cake. The staff at this particular one is always great when I go in. It doesn’t matter if it’s day or night. It doesn’t matter how busy they are, the whole staff handles themselves very well. Is the crave case with 30 burgers too much? Is the Sack of 10 too small? Try the crave clutch to curve that slider craving. A whole 20 delicious little burgers ready for you to pick up. I hope your experience is as good as mine was!!

We came through last night(sunday night) after a volbeat concert to grab some food totally expecting the food to be mid. Being so late on a sunday night–just figured it would be lol…. BUT!
