I didn’t catch the name of the server that gave me my food but she was a blond haired heavy set women and she was very disrespectful to not only me but her workers and there was homeless people in and out of there. I couldn’t enjoy my meal , it’s very unsanitary for me and my kids to eat on a table used as such, every time I have gone in it smelts disgusting and stuffy. The women who served me was also giving out free drinks and food to the homeless people and I didn’t enjoy my food without smelling someone. Nothing was being done and I noticed it was not only me who had a problem with it because I heard the people next to be complaining about the smell as well. Great service from everyone but that women who served me. No reason why it smelt like that around a place of food service. I didn’t have a good time to enjoy my meal with my children

Burgers were old & cold!Jalapeno not melted! Stuck to bun. Bottom bun hard & rubbery! Worse White Castles I’ve ever had! I’m 63! Fish nibbler ok, but a bit under done. Shameful! Just left there. Dogs like it!

Honestly I have never had an unpleasant experience while dining in at White Castle every visit has been calm and friendly customer service is always top of the line any mistakes made ordering food have always been corrected in a timely manner any order received with a mistakes or missing items have always been corrected and also compensated with either coupons and or free complementary drink or an extra medium fry or side of my choice employees are always nice and polite the atmosphere is always fresh and friendly dining areas are always clean and comfortable for customers day and night and anytime I’m on a late night trip for food they are always open and ready to serve fresh food this place of business has always satisfied my cravings to the best of their abilities and I will always be a customer willing to refer friends and family and any other who is looking for a place to get delicious hot food this business is my favorite
