They were surprisingly quick at making my food (cheese slider crave case, fries and onion rings). I have had to wait for up to 20 minutes for a crave case at other locations before. They seem to have a good team at this location. At least on this day (the night shift). 5 star over all for quick service, friendliness and the food was the definition of “WHITE CASTLE” .

Ridiculous. The employees there at this particular site have got to be the most incompetent people in Hammond IN. NO onions and NO pickles means exactly how it sounds. Drive through repeats it after me. It’s even on the receipt. Pay attention. Some people are allergic. Then instead of making a new burger. They attempt to scrape the onions and pickles off. Lol. Stupid.

The food was good. Was cold by the time I was home and I just live down the street. The line in drive through took forever. The person took more order promptly and the cashier was nice. It just took way longer than I thought it should for fast food.
