Elegantly delicious and consistent as always. The atmosphere and cleanliness were up to par. Outside of the shorter/younger brunette girl who whispered multiple profanities under her breath while she took my order— some of them seemingly about my appearance— the employees were nice. I assume she is differently-abled but it was unsettling nonetheless.

The girl at the front said she has to SEE my coupon code L-04. She put up a fight about it and it made no sense because everyone knows you have to scan the app to see if the coupon is valid. I then used a new coupon for a free side she then tried telling me that a cheese fry wasn’t on a free side when there’s literally a picture of a cheese fries on the coupon…… I don’t understand why service people do this to customers

This location was not clean. I had to ask the employee to clean the table. There were no napkins in the holder and they had run out of ketchup.

How can anyone pit a “good” review. Place is awful. Manager and crew need replacing. Drive through wait time when we were the ONLY people there was a joke. Our burgers were simply gross. Frys were cold..burgers had cheese that was cold and not melted. Asked for extra onions and we had ZERO onions on the burgers.

This location is a hit or miss. I had. A feeling this was gonna be a bad experience today and I was right. The chick with the long nails didn’t even try to comprehend what was going on. I was overcharged. I told her with the issue was and did the whole whatever look. Was there longer than I needed to and something that coulda be done in the first minute. Took about 12 minutes. Such a waste of time and she also purposely got my order incorrect.

The long haired African American girl working nights taking counter orders and wearing a headset needs a lesson in food safety and customer service. She repeatedly cussed at and about the drive through customer who needed extra time to decide. She touched all of these items in order with the blue gloves on: freezer door, raw chicken, handle to put chicken in fryer, breakfast sandwich items in the warmer, pulling up fries, onion ladle, onion/burger handle, freezer door, frozen patties, buns to put them on the onions/grill. I left after that. DISGUSTING.
