This is what happens when we order at 11pm.. line was decently long but no reason for the wait to be that long as well, especially since “there’s not any fried products such as onion rings or fries,” just sliders, and with the cherry on top we get rushed sliders that look like as if they’re purposely thrown into the tiny box.. better start counting them days if this keeps happening!

To work 10 hours and get off at 5am I needed to grab a bite to eat. No matter the time or day in food quality should come first , there’s no reason for me to have burned shrimp nibblers and cold burgers with unmelted cheese at 5AM ! How is that possible it’s the beginning of a new day yet the food looks three days old and taste horrible , this is my last time at this location and it’s ridiculous especially because this location is so close to home.

I’m trying to figure out how if only 1 person was in front of me, and I waited almost 30 minutes for my food, how my food only came out the window slightly warm. To top it all off, at least 2 of my burgers was undercooked. If it wasn’t for my 2 toddlers being asleep and the time, I’d most definitely have been on my way back for a refund. I can’t trust giving my kids this for lunch tomorrow. Whoever cooked this should be retrained on food prep

White Castle burgers have gone down in taste. They used to be so good. I used to be able to smash on those. I had a hard time eating 3. Taste is not the same. Fries were still good though.

Friday morning 2:am. I was told 2 hold in drive thru. 20 min. later. Car waitn behind me n I came 5min. b4 dem. Employee, “Can I help you?” No. 10. -Drive to window please. At window 30 min. 2 cars behind me now, n they got their order. Ok maybe they ordered online. But da fryer can hold 40 sliders . I want a refund. By da way (I said) if I were 2 take dat order would there have been sumn extra ? No not policy, we jus can’t give out food like dat. I’ve been waiting near an hour. It’s only been 25 min since u ordered. I was waiting 20 mins B4 dat But their goin 2 throw it away. It’s protocol 2 hav a customer wait 50 sumn min? U goin 2 lie in my face. It’s 1 of da combo deal. Quick. (Fast food) restaurant. Work slow as well. I don’t care about how only 2 people workn. dats a problem fo scheduling not me. Never experienced dat in my 47 yrs . I don’t know if all dis makes sense. Sorry.
