This happened not once, but TWICE. I ordered $55 worth of food for a 4 person family through doordash here, and both times I ONLY received my sides and ONE cheese slider out of a sack. Both doordash and the store refused to refund regardless of photo proof and the store even said (she was SUPER rude btw), “we can’t do anything because that’s how it showed up on our screen” and then she immediately hung up and blocked my phone number (manager btw). I never had this issue back in Griffith. DO NOT ORDER HERE UNLESS TOU WANT YOUR MONEY STOLEN.

I placed my order online at 4:51pm. And my pickup time was 5:42pm. I arrived bout 5:50 to get my order and it wasn’t even ready . They were still working on it. They lady running driver thru and the front counter was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! AND RUDE to all the customers that came in there . I had a big order and she made my milkshakes first and by time my order was ready, the shakes melted. And then dumped out of the drink carrier and got all over in my vehicle and the other shake fell in the parking lot . My husband went in to say something about it and the driver thru lady still had a attitude. I have the incident report and taking this to corporate. Cause this was not right or how customer’s should be treated.

Can we run to Kroger and grab some bread. This store from 3am serving chewed up baby food, 37.00 order and all we had was the drinks cause I couldn’t eat this apparent gumbo slider. I’m definitely a regular and have even tipped at the window for good service before because I was surprised. Won’t happen again I guess they don’t need my cash ♂️

I had to wait in the drive through for over 30 minutes to get food that was dried out and old. How is that possible? I was really disappointed when I gave the cashier a tip and when I drove a way to realize my food was old, reheated or refried. So disappointed!

8/30 830pm White older Lady working there in street clothes she had a noticable herp flaring up on her upper lip told me to not pick up my order I had been waiting patiently for 35min for. The only thing i asked if they still had it. It didnt make sense for the attitude. I understand she was probably having a bad day. I would too if i worked at White Castle. But there was absolutely nobody in the drive thru or lobby. I had chicken rings and 1 chicken sandwich. I dont think this job is for her. No way should you talk to customers like that in a situation like that. I need to talk to someone in corporate about this situation.
