Waited almost 30 minutes for my order. When I asked an employee about my order she was extremely rude and disrespectful to me. It looked like they completely forgot about the order and scrambled to put it in a bag last minute. Heard them say something about it being burnt. This White Castle is the worst place to go to especially if you go later at night if your a traveler and expect to be treated with respect and exceptional customer experience do not I repeat do not come here me and my family or six were coming to eat at White Castle we were starving after a wedding and wanted something to eat and put in the fridge for snacks or the trip home. When we ordered we asked for 12 orders of the new ranch rings and 3 number 2s with onion rings and 3 number 1s all with cherry sprite. When we got to the drive through window the lady repeated back our order and didn’t say our 12 ranch rings back so my father said and our 12 ranch rings. She said no you didn’t order that. My father said yes ma’am that’s the first thing we ordered she repeated back and said no you didn’t and you’re holding up our line and she started getting loud and disrespectful! I almost got out and slapped her for how disrespectful she was! I will be reporting her to her boss and I will get her fired that is bad for business she’s a nuisance and a horrible coworker and employee the other employee standing there looked annoyed at her and felt bad for us.

Every table was dirty and the two staff members had to alternate between taking orders and cooking, sometimes leaving the registers for long amounts of time, so clearly there was no one to clean. It took 45-minutes from entry to get our family-size meal. None of our customizations were done, so the food was inedible to half our party. Those who could eat the food found the bottom buns slimy and unappealing.
