So, I guess it happens from time to time where they forget an item. I can understand that if they are busy. What I can’t understand is how they ask “anything else?”, you request a 10 piece mozzarella cheese stick, and it doesn’t even get put in the order at all… I stand firm on these subjects, will not go back ever again… Order competent employees or lose business… That one terrible employee just lost my business for good…

If you’ve got the crave, this is the place to be. On a recent visit 9-20-25, my breakfast value meal (#12) was not that great. The buns on my breakfast sliders were a little stale, and the sausage and egg wasn’t hot. The Hash Brown Nibblers were perfect, as was the coffee. In my opinion their coffee is great all of the time.

Went this evening and ordered a 10 sack with jalapeno cheese, and the sandwiches came with a pound of Onions, So I called customer service and they was supposed to get right back with me so as I was waiting for my supper. I decided to run the same sandwiches back, and showed the girl All the Onions falling out of the bag. the girl said – would you like me to remake them and she made them the same way with the pound of Onions. Wow! Still haven’t had supper and waiting for customer service to contact me. Time on the receipt 7:30. time now 9:22

It’s good and fresh every time but my biggest gripe is the lobby closes at 7 or 8 every day. This is not a high crime area. Exactly the opposite. It seems to be because they just don’t staff correct to keep a lobby open or just don’t want to worry about it once day shift is gone. Do better in that regard. Also, update the app to reflect your new hours.

When I ordered a smoothie from White Castle on Saturday afternoon, I was informed that they’re only available in one size. I was alright with that, for a moment; until, I realized that it was my smoothie that was being served to me in what was basically a fancy child’s size cup. My disappointment was undeniable.

Tonia it’s quite the personality at the window. It’s a good change in pace from the typical fast food joint as most fast food joints have somebody out the window with absolutely ZERO personality and ZERO manners.

Two times in one week I e ordered off app. Said No Pickles No Cheese and guess what? They gave me pickles and cheese!! The chicken sandwiches were cold and hard too. Burger buns were hard and dry. When I called they never answer! Let voicemail 3 times and no return call!
