My son came inside and puked. Horrifying I know. But the workers were so diligent in rushing out to the dining area to attend to us. The young man mopped it up, and the gal asked if we were okay and what we needed to get our toddler cleaned up. We were on a 8 hour roadtrip for thanksgiving and stopped for a quick small bite.

Five-star experience! This was my first visit to White Castle. We have heard a lot about White Castle so the expectations were high. It did not disappoint!
We ordered the 10-Pack Slider Meal and it was the perfect amount for two people. They were cooked quickly and served hot. The flavor of the burger with the onions was great.
The staff was friendly and courteous. The restaurant was clean and welcoming.
I’ll definitely stop in again when I’m near one!

What’s there to say? It’s White Castle. I love them. Always have. Always will. Best tiny burger on the planet. My husband and I are passing on the legacy. We drove to Indianapolis to introduce our five-year old great granddaughter to White Castle today. She loved it. We will be back!!

I hadn’t been to white castle in quite some time. I passed through Anderson awhile back and hit one, but I only go about 1-2 times per year. I love their food, but I try not to do fast food too often (and White Castle doesn’t settle that great…but I still love it!).
Anyway, I stopped just after 11pm at the Brownsburg location on the way home from work. As soon as I pulled up to the drive-thru speaker and heard Christine, I was blown away. Her friendliness and cheeriness was totally unexpected! I hate to say it, but I have low expectations, especially with the younger generation and at late night drive-thru’s. Christina proved there are still amazing people out there to prove many of my past experiences wrong.
When I pulled around to the window, I could tell from the huge smile that this was Christina. Her attitude was so positive that it came through the speaker and was even more evident at the window. As I praised her service and my appreciation of it, she was quick to share the fact that someone else there was just as nice, and she was! Kyria (the i is silent) was very kind and helpful as well.
I’m in the management/customer service arena, so I am always taking note of what type of service I experience. This experience was excellent and definitely deserves to be praised. Keep up the great work ladies. You are an asset to White Castle, and I hope they appreciate you.
By the way, I tried the Shrimp Nibblers. How can friend shrimp be bad! I really liked them. And the cocktail sauce, well, it had some zing. I’m not huge into spicy but, and it was spicier than I expected. Not a bad thing, but an observation.

A jury would convict the Beastie Boys of drug use, based on their line “I like White Castle, ‘cuz it’s the best”. What The Hell? My first visit ranks among the top 10 disappointments of my life. That nasty, soggy, holes-punched-in-the-patty-to-cut-costs “burger” is officially the worst I’ve ever had.

Very clean restaurant! Tables and chairs were freshly cleaned and floor did not have that greasy film associated with fast food places. Food was fresh and freshly made. It came hot and well put together. Even the fried onion pettles were done correctly with a light golden brown coating. The staff was super friendly and anticipated needs such sauces and napkins. The staff remained professional while me and my son were eating. We did not hear any loud conversation or inappropriate words. Great Job White Castle!
