We couldn’t understand anything the girl was saying in the drive thru. She mumbled everything. We kept asking, What did you say?? We finally just ordered and hoped it was right. We ordered a crave case. 30 sliders. Not one had a pickles on it. They also did not give us any marinara sauce for the mozzarella sticks. TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES!!!!!

I made a disappointment about this place is that I explained that my wife is dreadfully allergic to dairy products order. Her food should not be contaminated and not to have cheese on it. Get the food back after waiting additional time because my order was large only to find out there’s cheese on her food go back in. They have to recook all the food that has cheese on it that’s been contaminated which at this point my large order has gotten cold because I’m waiting for them to correct the order that I had made for my wife was emergency dairy

I don’t give reviews often, but every single time I door dash this location half of my order says it can’t be completed. Their grill is somehow always down and they can’t complete any sliders. I’ve never seen a location be this out of order this often. It’s every single time. I should learn my lesson, I guess. I keep hoping they can complete a single order, but it never happens.

Terrible food, service, and not worth your time or money!!!
I ordered the number 14 with a soda, and it says on the menu the cost is 7.29 but what they charged me was 9.25.
When I asked the manager (Mike) why the cost was higher and he told me that it stated on the outside menu that there is an additional charge for soda and that it states that in small writing so it wasn’t his fault if I couldn’t read the menu. I told him I would go read the menu and I would be back. I read it from top to bottom and it does not state that anywhere on the menu and I told him I wanted my money back and he just said ok and gave me a refund.
Aside from being over charged, upon looking at my order I found out that they didn’t even toast the bread and gave me only a half an order of the tater tots that was mixed with fish bites. They have teenage kids working that don’t have any common sense or the ability to do the job their getting paid to do. Neither the manager or employees show any respect or responsibility for the service they should be providing, don’t waste your time or money here!

We went to eat about 12:30pm on Sunday. The place was dirty, tables not wiped down, the floors slippery, especially the ladies restroom. They got one of the orders incorrect. Even though she was charged the correct amount, she was told she ordered wrong. I have been to this location before and it wasn’t the greatest but never this bad or I wouldn’t have returned.
