Worse experience ever, young children all on the same shift, play fighting, and horse playing. There were multiple cars waiting and even cars who pulled off because the girl who was supposed to be taking orders never took their order. It’s just really sad how poor our service was, manners were null and void just terrible, I will not return to this location

UPDATE: ate there tonight. The napkin dispenser was open with just a roll of towels opening it. There was soda-ey syrup all over the counters. The soda machine was out of several products and very dirty.
I will say the employees were very nice and seemed to work hard. However, the cleanliness of this restaurant was horrible. The soda machine had dried on syrup all over the inside and down the front. At only 11 am, I assume that some of this mess is from the night before and lack of proper closing and cleaning procedures. The area with condiments, drink lids, etc was filthy. I was afraid to touch it with my bare hands. The tables were dirty and needed a good cleaning. The women’s bathroom was horrible with paper all over the floor. The flusher for the toilet had some kind of crud or “something ” on it which was beyond stomach churning.
Managers, please clean this store. I think the Board of Health might not be too happy with you.

After 400 miles in the car we stopped at this White Castle off the highway. We were told we can’t get a mix of cheese and original sliders with our orders. We had to get all cheese or all original and of course no family will ever agree with what they want so half of us didn’t get what we wanted. I know it seems petty but we travel a lot and do this at countless White Castle restaurants with no problems. We were the only ones here so don’t see the confusion

I’ve been going to White Castle since I was a little girl. I was disappointed with the sliders yesterday. Some of them had uncooked buns on them. Also, they loaded them down with onions. I think some more training needs to be happening! Along with hiring people that have customer service skills.

The cashier/ person dropping the stuff into the fryer (same person) didn’t change their glove after touching money and then touched the food and did this several times
