First time ever trying White Castle and we stopped here on our way back from Columbus. It was on Father’s Day evening and there was one young man who greeted us once we walked in the door. Everyone else were not very eager to work or be courteous. The service was still not as bad as the vibe that this place gives off. The food was very fresh, and the wait time was bad too.

Most the time it’s a good place to get a quick bite to eat. The last few times I went there there was no ice, the soda was hot (not from there being no ice in it) the ac was not on or working and the bathrooms were out of service. The people working are nice 90 % of the time.

I will start by saying the food was good and fresh once we got it. The system was restarting so they said it would be a 10 minite wait. We waited, so we had a bit of time there. It was not very clean, but we don’t scare that easy. In my opinion, if your system is down maybe some of the employees could clean. They stood around cussing quite a bit about how much they liked working there. Again the food was good.

Everytime I go to this location the line is always backed up. No one seems to be in any hurry to get the customers orders together.

I ordered at the drive-thru. The person taking my order was patient and friendly. I got a breakfast sandwich. It was excellent. The eggs were scrambled perfectly, and the hash browns were cooked crispy, and the coffee was awesome. I always forget about this White Castle on Mitchell. I will return. I’m not one of those people who eat fast food, but I can do it at White Castle.
