We ordered through the app for pick up. The lady at the window was a little rude. She tried to ask us for payment we told her we paid in the app. She said it needed payment. The card declined. Absolutely false there was money in that account. Handed her another card she said the same thing. I explained to her Again that we paid through the app. I showed her what it said in the email. Asked for the manager and the manger told her what I had already said. My food was good. I think the young lady now knows how to complete an order when payment was processed through the app. I appreciate the manager being able to redirect and teach the window girl how to complete that task appropriately.

Food tasted very plain. I had a bacon burger, plain burger, jalapeno burger and chicken burger to try a variety and all were plain, even the jalapeno. Fries were large and good, and came with big soda. Price was cheap, so I guess food was matched with the price. Server at window was either not having a good day, or just might not be a pleasant person. Hope she has a better day. Took a while to get through drive through even though there were only two cars in front of me. This was my first, and will probably be my last experience at White Castle sadly.

White Castle is an interesting flex for sure. They have these mini slider-like burgers which I wouldn’t necessarily put them on the comparison towards a big, fat, meaty burger but a different style of takeout, in my opinion.
They also had a Beyond Meat option which was super cool!

By far best White Castles I’ve stopped at. Slider was perfect, not soggy, cheese sticks were freshly cooked, and they had napkins. Besides the surrounding atmosphere, it’s the best around.

When you order and repeat at least 3 times, no onion and no pickle, it’s what you expect. Was in a rush and had an event to get too so I didn’t check my order. When I did eat my food that’s when I discovered the onion fest. Unbelievable. The place is nasty on the outside and no one is cleaning it. The young lady taking orders was very nice. That’s why I gave 4 stars for service.

Haven’t eaten at a White Castle in decades. Turkey burgers weren’t good at all tasted like they needed to cook more. Chicken sandwiches were decent. Cheese sticks were really good. Like the cherry sprite, too. Ordered was messed up but they fixed it with ease. Kudos on customer service.
