Stopped in on my way from Louisiana to get a sack.
Was waited on promptly. Paid for my sack of 10.
3 minutes later, I was told nothing was ready and that it would be 5-10 minutes, would I mind waiting.
Yes I mind.
We all know, 5-10 translates to 10-15.
They should’ve told me nothing was ready before I paid.
Asked for a refund, the cashier wasn’t too happy.
Life goes on.

Picked up an $80 order through the drive thru, make the 15 minute drive home just to find they didn’t include any of the sauce to go with my mozzarella sticks or my shrimp. Y’all are definitely paid enough to do better than that!

So this was my son’s, my husband’s, and I’s first visit to a white castle. Are burgers or juicy and hot so delicious. Our fries were good and we got the new cheddar rings, those were delicious. The restaurant was mostly clean. The bathroom could have used a little tidying up. But an overall a four on the experience.

I need to stop going to the one on Corwin Nixon. I pretty much only get the fish sliders. I ALWAYS ask for tartar because I don’t like eating them without it. They always say it’s in the bag, but it never is.
I just gave it to my 4 year old to eat instead. At least he’s eating it.

This white castle can be slow at times but the staff are always friendly and willing to get you what you need. I’ve only ever been to the drive through but the older/middle aged man working there is very kind and efficient. The food is always fresh and I’ve never had them mess up my order. I’ll be coming here many more times I’m sure!
